Driver of the blue Ioniq 5N in front is famous youtuber and racing driver Misha Charoudin :)
We had so much fun pushing the Ioniq 5N trough traffic, we drove 2 laps one after the other. Battery didnt overheat!
Using about 22-25% battery each lap
I was driving in Custom mode, N Pedal and Track - Sprint mode.

Thanks! Yes it does, Misha and me went 2 laps straight after each other. I was always in sprint mode. Battery temps, brakes etc all stayed perfect! Extremely impressive considering the weight and it being an EV.. 👍

No offense but you were following Misha's endurance mode 5n, so I was wondering If you were ahead of him and fully send it, will it still keep up the sprint pace?
@@Protein_isgood the difference was there, you can see it on the first lap we did. 👍 its about 40-50hp difference between the 2 modes
@@Benp5N so if you led the whole 2 laps with sprint mode the car will not make it?

Awesome driving. You ware way faster than Misha on that first lap. What is N pedal if I understand it correctly?
Thank you! N Pedal gives a very high ‘engine’ braking up to 0.6G , its meant for track use only and charges the battery on track. It also makes you dive into corners very easy ( like trailbraking )
you might have to edit the video to not show the car on the truck being recovered, Nurburgring is strick on showing stuff like that so you might get a DMCA claim. could also be just in the safe zone for what is shown

first of: nice drive and amazing car... secondly: watch out with this stopwatch ;) Thats not allowed on Touristenfahrten and can get you banned from the track. No hate, just a hint if you wanna continue to drive there.

Was that Misha that overtook you two in the Beemer? Those Ns sound good with the fake noise. Why don't you you use the paddles? They shift like a real gearbox don't they?
Misha was driving the blue ioniq 5N 😄 Yes they do, i didnt use them on track because I was testing out other modes. I will do a lap next time with the N shift mode 👍

Hi Ben, great videos, great car! I also have Ioniq 5 N in te colour blue matte, mine has a lot of orange peel on the black gloss paint on the rear bumper and other black gloss parts, but the rear bumper is the worst. I was wondering if your car has this too? Thanks!

@@Benp5N Thanks for your response. Yes i have addressed the issue and they are looking into it. There are not many of these cars around yet so i am gathering some info of other ioniq 5 n owners. You live in Belgium right? I don’t think you live very far from me when you are visiting the nurburgring, i live in the netherlands near venlo.
How many times did you use NGB per lap?
I dont think I used it on these laps. Maybe max 1 time. 👍
