Yes recently started this : a) breakfast : small bowl of Oats with yogurt added seeds, a fruit bowl, 1 piece of brown toasted bread b) lunch with Dal & sabzi (which 2X the amount of rice or roti) c) Dinner light like khichdi etc I wanted to know about what kind of snacks can we take ? like in evening ? (PS: nut allergy) 😊 Can you please suggest ?

Hi Madhurima, If you're in India, kanji is one of India's traditional fermented drinks, easily-made at home in winters using either carrots or beetroots or both as the base. Yogurt/Dahi, Lassi, Buttermilk are other viable options but they may have a colder effect on some people. In addition, Kimchi, Sauerkraut, Kombucha, Miso are other fermented foods rich in probiotics.
