Overall very nice layout, the open space between the properties is very unique and great. The courtyard areas I love and wish more homes had those, I've had a koi pond on my bucket list and finding a home that would accommodate that in a nice shaded sitting area, so much you can do with that area. At that price point, I do think they could offer a better product with a professional designer making the design choices for the materials as some just seem builder chosen. I'd like to see more modern-contemporary exteriors in Phoenix builds, white stucco, wood, metals, and less of the brown or tan with multicolored stone work that can give off a dated look. You can certainly make that style work with the right materials but it's a fine line between looking like an expensive spec home vs a luxury or custom build. Thanks for the tour and braving the Phoenix heat once again.

I hope this will not offend you, it’s just when you do a walk through of the homes I feel like I’m on a water ride if you watch this exact video that you recorded you can see that it get a 7:36 little hard to watch other than that you have the greatest picks of homes than all of the other TH-camr from Arizona. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
No offense taken! I'll check it out and try to improve. I think I probably used a gopro in this video and they aren't the best. I've actually bought a new camera to slow down the "panning." Thanks for the kind words!

Thanks for the insight! I did notice this builder has some unique design tastes as well! Definitely more of a classic look on a lot of their models.
