Farmhouse? The exterior was giving me straight mediterranean.
The kitchen cabinets need some clear glass on the top. It's so blank white looking.

I think it’s a bit over priced if you plan on make passive income. With inflation consistently wiping out every saved nickel nowadays you can’t expect anybody to consider renting

I am truly tired of open plans. It is no fun cleaning all the kitchen debris in the living spaces. I am also over walking into the living space; I want an entry. No TV over fireplaces, please; that is so tacky. It's not a good choice of fake grass; it looks fake. If the toilets are not washlets, they should be for 8M. But, overall a nice home. Well presented.
