Same problem with all Toll Brothers homes, make lovely outdoor area, then lots so small you're crammed in with neighbors that are going prevent you from enjoying them.

This is our first time watching one of your videos and I've never heard anyone define areas as "feminine" and "masculine" quite so much. To the point where everytime you showed a feature, my sister and I were calling out, "But is it masculine?!?" Also, for future reference, us ladies would like to see things like laundry rooms and pantries.
I should say that other than the weird gendering, this was a great tour of a beautiful house.
Thanks for the feedback. I'd say a speakeasy whiskey bar in a home with beer taps for fountains and brown coloring just feels masculine to me. I say what I feel 🤷. Every client I've toured this house with has agreed it feels like a "bachelor pad."

I knew there'd be one chick to cry about this
I’m a woman and I toured this house before they sold it. It definitely had a masculine flare compared to other models from Toll brothers. This is NOT a bad thing, but it definitely is. The dark of the wood and the overall mood of the house. Contemporary modern but with dark undertones. I LOVE it compared the other styles. I LOVE it because it looks more masculine. It’s up to you to see it for what it is. Definitely decor more for a man’s house but like I said, it’s up to you and what you like. I love the home, my husband and I both loved it. The house next door is the modern farm house style that is more airy, lighter colors and undertones that are not my thing. But yaaa you have to see it live to figure out what he’s talking about and he’s right.

Why in houses this size are the guest bedrooms so small?
Backyard with beer and Tv is cool but this is AZ dust storm random rain. and there no protection for them? no cover protection for the tv?
Hey Kira! Usually people will have dust covers on top of the TVs when not in use. But they can definitely be placed outside if properly protected when not in use :)

Does Creative Enviornments go out to Buckeye? We're building a home and a good size backyard that's screamin' for a pool, kitchen, entertainment extravaganza similar to this, but at a smaller scale.

May I ask, where’s the garage? And how many cars can it fit?
The garage is in the front, But being a model it's landscaped all the way to the door. So you will have a driveway here. There's a two-car garage on each side.
If I'm going to spend this much money for this small a house, I'll move to California and get grass, ocean and a view. May have to drive a half hour to the ocean, but at least I get something more than a postage stamp yard and house exactly like my neighbors.

"What makes a house a mansion? For starters, most real estate experts agree that a house must have a minimum of 8,000 square feet in order to earn the mansion moniker!"
