You can't expect them to talk about every single detail and about every single room. The purpose of this video is to give potential buyers an overview prior to actually visiting. People that create videos for a living and marketing do this on purpose so you watch the video in it's entirety. It was nicely made and for people in the market for homes at this price, this is exactly what they want to see and hear - and not what to hear - prior to deciding on whether to visit in person or not. Though what I am highly skeptical of is that fact that this model home is certainly NOT $3.2M. It's much much higher.
