I saw this model in IRL. The only things I would do different is a second dishwasher and push the wall that the refrigerator is on back 4 inches so you could install a full size refrigerator. Those counter depth refrigerators don’t hold much.

Hi Ryan, why do you think the pool is cooler than yours. Is this area higher in elevation?

Finishes are a bit nicer. The tile. I like the hot tub how it spills over into the pool as well.. Plus it's larger, however one downside to that would be heating would take longer unless you had two heaters.. in that case, gas bill would be a bit higher.

Compared to the other neighborhoods in Storyrock, this one sits a little bit higher yes.

@EscapeToArizona Won't watch again. Will find me another realtor who will do a much better job of helping me spend my money the best way. Word to wise. Do better research before you make ass of yourself on video.
