VAYDOR BUILD PT 49 (Front clip alignment, rear window wing wrap)

In this video we start to align the front clip and headlights, mount the rear window wing and fill in the panel gap, then we attempt to wrap it and reveal the color of the Vaydor. Thumbnail was inspired by B is for Build

Call small mom n pop windshield places and they can sell you a brand new aftermarket windshield installed they charge 160-$250

Another option since no paint booth is Plasti-Dip. Would be perfect, do in garage, cheap and tons of colors. Way easier than wrapping.

Try with 5D/6D carbon fiber vinyl wrap for that window shield ... I believe it will be very nice and its easy to work with!

glad to see you put your own touches on it - like sand out that weird overhang on the wing. But yea- the vinyl company/ brand makes a difference. I used a carbon style pattern and went thru couple different companies before giving up as vinyl is expensive here at local shops. was goign to start ordering it for more trim piece as i finally got wing to look nice - but it did not last a few months in the Florida summer sun. Hope you have better luck up there as they have some really interesting/ unique colors.

What brand/color vinyl? Avery Gloss Dark Grey maybe?
If you do decide to paint, you should check out Grigio Telesto color. I went thru tons of grays to paint my Superlite Coupe (SLC) and ultimately decided on that color. Not too dark, not too light, just right IMO.

I think either a dark brushed steel vinyl wrap or painted Lamborghini lime green color would look great. Urekem sells an entire kit basecoat, Pearl coat, clear coat in the $450 range for the car sized kit. The price varies depending on the color, the tri stage pearls and candies being the higher priced in the $450 range and others are much cheaper.

Not sure how much that wrap costs but I would rather use that money on the paint and get a good thick primer, make it smooth, shoot some base coat nardo grey, and clear the heck out of it.
