    what a video! but few things were missed by you..
    1) What is the budget of ASC Scale campaign when you start? how do you bump the budget and how often
    2) how do you retarget the non-buyers? and % of budget goes for this
    3) at what stage do you move to cost cap or bid cap?
    4) lastly, what happens with winner interests in prospecting campaign?
    sorry for the list but I have seen most of your video and I cant find the answer to it. BIG FAN OF YOU!!

    Hi Sam, great video! I was just wondering for the CBO campaign structure. When you add new ads to this campaign through new broad adsets, you didn't mention what to do with the interest adsets. Do you need to add the new ads in new interest adsets as well?
    Also how and when should I increase my budget for the campaigns?

    Het Sam , Firstly great Video, I got so much out of this thank you...I have a quick question if you dont mind...I follow it all and it makes total sense, My store is a general store in the Home Lifestyle niche. To date I have been setting up seperate campaigns for each product that are uniquely different, for example a mattress compared to a garden light. Would you suggest that I still do it that way, with each product having its own Adv + campaign and prospect CBO Campaign as you have outlined here..or do you think I can run all products in the same campaigns....thank you Sam, much appreciated, Damon

    Hi Sam, thank you for this video. I have some adset packs with ads that stopped performing well. Ive been switching them off and now I have multiple packs with just a single or two ads. Do we just let this run or would you consider creating a new pack with all these "winners"? Thank you

    Quick question regarding the Prospecting Campaign. You suggest to test new creatives into NEW ad sets instead of putting them inside existing running ad sets. My question is, What do we do with the interest-based ad sets that were performing good but are not so much anymore due to the ad dying down? Do you relaunch new ad sets with single interests or combine them?

    Great video Sam!! You hinted at not liking Flexible and didn't say why. Also curious about your ad level testing. How are you testing your creatives for hooks/copy? A lot of people have been preaching 3:2:2 setup from Prof Charlie for a long time. I used to use it when DCT allowed breakdowns but with the transition to Flexible it doesn't allow breakdown of image/video. They fixed the breakdown by headline/description it seems recently. Would love to know your thoughts on the actual ad creative testing you guys are doing. Even if you can do a separate video on that part that be great.

      Flexible is a no go in its current state. You are giving meta the ability to modify your ads, crop, edit, do whatever they want. For creative testing it really depends on how much you are spending. For a smaller account id recommend adding multiple variations of creatives (3-4 max) in the same ad set and following the metrics as meta decides what to scale. For a bigger account you can start to go down the rabbit hole of clear a/b testing but I am truly talking 100k plus.

      Hey! Good q. 2 options.
      1. Use the multiple primary text/headline options from meta and simply give it 5 and check to see what is spending the most.
      2. Break out 2/3 options with unique primary text/headlines in the same ad set and watch to see where meta allocates.
      You do not need operate copy as a hardcore science unless you are spending over 100k p/m

    In one of your previous ad structure videos You said that scale/prospecting budget should be 80/20 (excluding retention). But in this video you said the opposite. Am i missing out sth? Thank you for the videos btw they've been helping a lot

      I think he starts at 20, then scales it up as the number of ads increases within the scaling campaign.

      Sorry for the confusion! 80/20 is where you want to get to BUT you START at the opposite and overtime it will become 80/20.

    Hey Sam. Do you need a remarketing campaign if the brand gives first-order discounts? Because ASC will only acquire the user paying at the normal website price. So creating a remarketing campaign with a higher discount would add that little nudge to purchase maybe?

    great video! out of curiosity are you using any 3rd part attribution software? I'm having trouble within meta attribution which ad is getting me the purchases, i'm spending around $2k /day right now

      Rarely. Use 7dc 1dv for attribution but OPTIMIZE using 7 day click only. Don't stress about exactly what ad is working if you are hitting your target. At 2k/day you are spending enough where you need to be on top of your ads daily, don't over optimize and if you ever want to chat you can apply at themoonlighters.com

      Interest audience in many cases outperform broad audiences. They will have less reach but most brands have no need to actually target 330MM people.

      Interest are only for your top PROVEN creatives.

      I also did the same started with low budget 25$ a dey. And i got y first sale 75$. But sad think happen after 1 sales i didn’t got any sales next 7 days. I just spend 175$ without any sales 😂 so Facebook sales is unstable 😂
      You have big budget you can play with Facebook 😂

      Broad only. Interest is for scaling your top creatives strictly.
