19 yrs old: Joined a network marketing company (would not recommend it). Was told I’d be rich if I signed up 8 people. I signed up 26 people in 3 months. I made $0.
21 yrs old: Dropped out of Bath University to start an app development company. I made less than $5,000 in 2 years!
23 yrs old: Started Heath Media, my marketing agency. I made $0 for the first 3 years.
26 yrs old: Went all in on building a personal brand within the marketing space. I passed $100k/year.

I wasn't expecting to post this comment but I have not found any other way to get in touch with you. It's been over 60hours since I have enrolled in the Facebook Ads Mastery. I have tried multiple times to enter the community on skool but my membership is still pending. I have sent messages to your support team but also no reply. Right now I have literally lost 30 hours of possible learning time and still no sign of getting inside the community. Its such a shame cause I have planned to study from FB Ads Mastery throughout this weekend. Could you do something with that?

I liked your talking speed in this video. It's usually very hard for me to cope with unless I reduce the playback speed to at least 0.75. No complaints, maybe because I am not a native English speaker, but you are still perfect, and your content is always up to date before any other.

In a previous video, you integrated the warm audience (as an adset) within the same campaign: 2 cold adsets, 2 looalike adsets, and 1 warm adest to avoid an overlap. Here, you’re saying that we should have 2 separate campaigns. Which setup is better?

When you add the exclusion, anyone who has bought and arrived to "thank-you" page. Then there is an option to choose "ANY or "All" above. Please explain, is there need to choose any of those or not?
Thank you so much for this tutorial! I don't know why but I don't have an "add exclusions" button as you have on your screen. I'm trying to exclude some audiences in a ad set I've already created but I am unable to. I even created a "custom audience" to exclude but it didn't help. Do you have any tips on that?

At the 43:48 mark, you are adding in your custom audiences. I have like 10 custom audiences I've created, however none of them are populating for me in that section. When I go to the Audiences tab, they all have a green dot and "Ready" next to them. Any idea what's happening?

Do you think theyll get rid of the manual setup? I would problably stop buyig ad space if that was the case. Idk a little hard to trust meta is showing my ads to the right people at the right time in the right place in the most efficient and cost effective way. Why wouldn't they just waste money and run up the bill?

Awesome Content. Big question..i have a Customer who has a shop as a franchise. Actually its not possible to install a Pixel. And we want to create ads for his online Shop. Does it make sense to use Traffic Campaign? Or is it nearly impossible without pixel to make Sales.

hey Ben thanks for your videos they have helped a lot. But recently I keep stumbling about the problem that whenever I add a new campaign for a different product (same or different niche) the existing campaigns stop working pretty fast. I use advantage + for all. If I sell two different kinds of shoes e.g. should I create one adv+ campaign and ad set for both or one for each?

Yes we do now. Advantage+ Audience changes that. We wouldn't use interests much with the older set up.
Ben, im running ads in the United States… but im getting a lot of foreign phone number leads. Any idea why? I am doing a FB lead ads directly on the platform

The audience is super narrow and the estimated daily results: reach / leads is very very low. Should we still continue with the Ad or are there any changes that we have to make? That depends how many countries you are targeting. If only a handful then one per campaign is fine. If you are targeting worldwide then we will often group similar countries into campaigns together.

Do you recently open that your business page?
Yes you want to operate out of Ads Manager instead of Meta Business Suite. Then you'll see the same stuff :)

I have a long-standing issue: when I use Advantage+ Audience and set up Custom Audiences, if I then set Detailed Targeting, will it expand the audience size or narrow it down?

It won't do either, it will give Meta more direction in terms of who to advertise to but they still have the flexibility to target everyone within your targeted location.

Great video, New to fakebook ads. Why are you not narrowing the audience for the first interests you put in? The audience size stayed the same the whole time, does that not mean its not targeting them?
Hi Ben, when adding new ads to an ad set that already contains existing ads, will the existing ads continue to receive a larger portion of the budget due to their performance history? If so, what is the best way to upload new ads?
Meta ads is just about clicking next next next with some customizations. It’s became accessible for everyone. Shortly, AI will soon perform all this process from ads creatives design to data analysis and ads auto improvements…

I'd like to know what you all think. What is the best strategy for a large cultural centre where, on the one hand, I want to sell tickets, of course I want to run campaigns for specific shows that are aimed at sales, but on the other hand I want to run campaigns that are aimed at awareness. However, as the budget is not enormous, I still want to show the ads to the people who are most likely to be interested? What should I choose for targeting? Should I target the landing page view, where I have a similar audience to the people who bought from me in Advantage Plus? Or something else? Thank you very much!

Ben may I ask you something given you are an expert in the field? Am I the only one or is this a new issue for everyone trying to modify the ads format based on the placement? I used to be able to upload a square image and a long image so that the ad looked good in most placements. Now it only lets me adit 16 placements at once without the ability to separate them . Have you noticed that too? Is there a way to override it?

If we create a campaign with several lookalike audiences for different locations, can we combine them into a single ad set instead of creating separate ad sets for each location? In previous videos, you recommended spreading different location audiences across separate ad sets.

I no longer have the original audience option in my ad account, i can only advertise with broad audience and if i target age gender demographic or interests meta only takes them as a suggestion
Yeah so that's Advantage+ Audience. That's what I recommend using in this video anyway :)

If that’s happening consistently, there must be a policy violation. Are they not telling what it is?
@@BenHeath finally got a policy violation stated. They're saying someone reported a trademark infringement. All of the creative footage is generic from the supplier. We're assuming it's a competitor selling the same product. My accounts and personal page have been frozen for over a week.
