@westcoastplinkin6559 They're mostly reliable. If you get one, get the RWD instead of the AWD. Even though the AWD is faster off launch, those gearboxes tend to have more issues in the long run. They also drink more gas. Both V6 and V8 are pretty reliable if you take care of them. The earlier 5.7's had the infamous "Hemi tick". They fixed that issue in the 2013 and later models. If I got a modern police interceptor, it would be this, or the Taurus.

I got my 2014 charger with only 105k miles it was city driven in Washington taken care of monthly for its whole life, has upgraded everything, cop cars are always the way to go they're infinitely more reliable than getting it from dealership

They’re great cars. I got my awd pursuit Hemi car last year and I love it. I have the same center console as yours. So far I’ve added a Hellcat style wing and tail light tint. I’ve put a newer set of Goodyears on it and my starter was acting up so I went to check the cable for corrosion just wanted to loosen it up clean it and reattach it and the stud broke so I replaced it. Think I need new cv axles soon. Just got a set of dynomax mini race bullets to replace the mufflers and I have a wicker bill coming.

Going to the mechanic on Monday as there’s an issue with oil leaking while running, as well as a possible tire air leak or maybe pressure sensor issue. Exhaust system is rattling a bit but I have a friend who thinks he can fix it. I’m in love!!!!!
I just found a good deal for 5500 on one with a 5.7 and 200k miles ima put and I’m planning on replacement everything on this car and it runs beautifully no salavage
Congratulations on your pursuit Charger. But one tip for anyone thinking about purchasing a police Dodge Charger. Stay away from the AWD models. Too many parts to fix on them and the parts are so specific that auto parts stores sometime confuses them.

I just won of 2 of these in government auctions Vehicle 1 is 2015 v8 5.7 hemi pursuit awd with 130k miles which I won for 4875 Vehicle 2 is almost identical only difference is it’s a 2016 Rwd with 135k miles (noticeably cleaner inside and outside) this one is rwd and this one is 6500$ My question is this, if you were to get just one which one would u get? Due to their increased retail price, the agencies who purchased these often were not broke, lowest bidder cities so they tend to have been well maintained and often were take home vehicles, meaning that they were treated better.

I have the same car mines just a 2017 model and the only thing I want to know is what the button on the dashboard ( I see there's a hole where yours was removed) did Mine still has the button in place but it has no function

Rear seat is vinyl, not leather. 10-15’s shitting themselves in the backseat would last forever if they were dumb enough to use leather, as it would absorb every stinking drop of foul odor.

Same engine. Requires the 6.4 cam, intake and tune
@@TheSecurityConsultant Different engine this is a 5.7 hemi. The Srt is a 6.4l Hemi and the Trackhawk is a 6.2 L Hemi

Could be anything. Gun lock momentary switch, rear end blackout mode. Every agency outfits differently.

Start with wheel speed sensors and cv axle replacements. If not, it may be a module but a code reader would give you more specific information

It came with it but it’s not dodge OEM. Just Google Dodge Charger pursuit consoles and you’ll find it.
