One trick I did learn a few years ago: when the migraine pains appear, put a couple of pinches of Himalayan Sea Salt under your tongue and the pain should subside. It has never failed me! Anyway, I loved watching your process and BTW your eye is gorgeous!

I did one intuative painting once. Just on the back of wall paper which was all I had. I was inspired by a piece of music and just wanted to get my interpretation of it on paper. Years later long term illness resulted in me making greating cards. I dont plan much, I just get on with it. Usually its someones birthday in a few days. Your painting is stunning. To me she is eve, her eye captures me. Your paintings are masterpieces. ❤

My inner Monk is screaming all the time when someone call his/her paintings ugly. Painting is a process and processes do take time...the painting is never ugly, it is just not finished or not as planed or experimental or what ever. Yes, I am a huge fan of psotiv affermations it changed a lot for me. Choose positiv, your brain can not tell the different 😉 I like this painting it is incredible.
Incredible process! I loved watching the different decisions as you went along. THE EYE IS PERFECT! The leaves and fantastic snake fit right in with watching Nature! I gave it the theme😉 I think it is a great painting! LOVE IT ALL!
Eye love the whole painting but am especially drawn (can't help myself) to the eye, peeking out at the world. Irises and reflections are fascinating. Didn't realize that obsessive thinking was a feature of anyone's migraines but my own. Last one, I arranged the furniture I'm probably going to keep, after downsizing, in an apartment whose floorplan I've only seen online because it's in another city. Made me want to scream, but that would have made the migraine worse. Aargh!

I need my sleep, and when I don't get it... All hell breaks loose and I wake up with the Toys R Us theme song stuck in my head on repeat.😂😂😂
@@lydiabroderick867 mine disappeared after I hit menopause……….from age 15 to 48 I had a 3 dayer every month, couldn’t go to school, couldn’t go to work……..went to Dr and had an injection and slept for most of the 3 days. Thank god for menopause ……. who’d thought anyone would say that…😂🤣😂🤣

Hi Lydia, sorry to hear you suffer so badly with migraine headaches. Here are a few remedies that you may not have tried. 1. Clip that goes between your index finger and thumb. 2. Gumleaf Essentials (lavender, chamomile, peppermint, Melissa & marjoram) 3-5 drops in oil burner 3. Mulleim Leaf Extract 1-2ml in a small amount of water. 4. Feverfew tea. 5. RAWW Headache Warrior. I came across you and have been watching your work for a few weeks now and out of the blue, was asked to design an album cover (for my brother) just felt like everything fell into place & I immediately knew what I wanted to paint. It's like a reward system to compensate for the lost time (& agony) feeling like I've not only achieved something but it's also a big middle finger to the pain.. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful talent, my son suffers from Cluster Headaches which is the worse pain a human being can experience, as it’s nerve pain inside his brain….to cut a long story short, and after years of worry, anxiety, screaming in agony and being pushed from pillar to post we finally got a diagnosis, he now has lifelong meds, home Oxygen and has nerve blocks administered every few months to literally freeze his brain with local anaesthetics to help with the pain !! My point being maybe some Oxygen might help with your Migraines if you haven’t tried that approach already……my best wishes to you and hope you get some relief as I know how God Dam Awful these things are…..xx
I love your work! I’ve been binge watching your videos. You are inspiring! Aren’t migraines a big pain in the butt? Except really they are a pain in the head. I suffer from migraines with auras or called ocular migraines. Any way, if your migraine inspired such creative work, I guess there is good that can come from these pain in the butt things. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful talent, my son suffers from Cluster Headaches which is the worse pain a human being can experience, as it’s nerve pain inside his brain….to cut a long story short, and after years of worry, anxiety, screaming in agony and being pushed from pillar to post we finally got a diagnosis, he now has lifelong meds, home Oxygen and has nerve blocks administered every few months to literally freeze his brain with local anaesthetics to help with the pain !! My point being maybe some Oxygen might help with your Migraines if you haven’t tried that approach already……my best wishes to you and hope you get some relief as I know how God Dam Awful these things are…..xx

I love your work! I’ve been binge watching your videos. You are inspiring! Aren’t migraines a big pain in the butt? Except really they are a pain in the head. I suffer from migraines with auras or called ocular migraines. Any way, if your migraine inspired such creative work, I guess there is good that can come from these pain in the butt things.
