  • The IFR Rating is a long and rigorous process. It will take all of your energy and effort to get it done. This was a summary of my journey.

    We are truly lucky to be pilots. Having people to back us up as we are going though such a crazy path. So much fun being a pilot. I just got my IFR rating and it took a while with COVID 19 happening. Glad it’s over.

      Congratulations! IFR is the most important rating you’ll get it as you’ll use it everytime you fly with professional flying.

    I am happy for you that you never gave up!!
    Have you noticed what this struggle gave you?
    It strengthened you,built up your personality,made you determined and successful.
    Most importantly,you came to see the real faces of people around you!
    The sincere ones stayed and others left

      Yes, that was something I had to learn. Through the struggle it allowed me to become more, and my overall confidence was significantly increased because of it. I think in life proper orientation towards goals and the discipline day to day is what allows people to transcend their current self. This is the ultimate chase of perfection within the competence hierarchy that we live in.

    Great work man congratulation.
    I’m close to get my instrument rating I have about 35H any advice from you please.

    • @JPLAviation
      @JPLAviation  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      What parts of the rating are you struggling with? Also I made a 3 hour long audio oral preparatory video on here that helped me ease through the oral! Also watch my Mock Oral, that helped a lot too with Derek.
      General Advice: When you go flying make sure you slow the plane down to 90 knots for each approach, just make it a habit. Get as much done ahead of the aircraft as you can. I'm going to be posting my other preparatory flights with reviews, highly will recommend watching the one with Derek Piva when it comes out.
