Did this first thing in the morning, having only had apple cider vinegar, and it almost came out my nose 😂 I was not prepared for the intensity, brilliant!
I came here to get a quick core activation before my power vinyasa class but I feel like I was hit by a train after this. I took a 10-second pause about two times in this class, each time in disbelief that this was happening! I love it though! wow

I’ve almost tried all of the alo 10 min abs yoga and they’re all killers! They’re more challenging than regular ab workouts. I can hardly keep up and lost most of my energy and strength even before the end 😢 i mean this in a good way, though. 😅 i wish i would be able to do these better eventually in the far future. 😆
Would normally say I have good core strength. I secretly died inside when I did this the first time. I use this workout as the benchmark for my core strength now! Thanks Calvin.
Cool workout, Calvin! I've just really started to understand the value of yoga with the few class instructions I've received. This workout is definitely going to help and is what I need. I've never seen a few of these combinations which will target some serious strength. Are there a certain number of sets I should achieve before calling it complete for the day? Thank you and know that I look forward to a few more of similarly focused videos.
I love this workout. It's working muscles that I never knew existed! I find myself arching my back when my ab is giving out. Is it normal (where I work up to it) or are there any tips? Thanks alo yoga
my pilates instructor says when you feel it in your back, it's when your abs give out, and you should just take a break because at that point you are no longer working your abs and may injure yourself. happy workout!
please do a 20 min version of this video!!! i ve been doing it and i already got pretty strong from it now i feel like the excises is ending right when im feeling the heat.. :(
What is gross about this is that while I am panting on the floor at minute 2, this monster is just casually talking throughout the entire workout. what a unit!
