Florence is the birthplace of the Renaissance, and the city is full of galleries and museums with Renaissance gems from famous artists like Michelangelo, it’s an elegant city with gorgeous architecture. Who’s been? Does the video bring back memories. Or for those who haven’t been, does it make you want to visit?
Watching the video brings back SO many memories of being in Florence, and Italy in general... I was pretty young but I remember the distinct feeling I got walking the crowded and cramped corridors of the city. It felt like the buildings and city were hugging me and always leading somewhere new. The materials as well - so much old stone... it's a feeling and energy I've chased the rest of my life lol. I think it's one of the pivitol events that led me to my passion for architecture and urban planning
Always a fantastic experience going to Florence. I have been there quite a few times and each time the emotion was enriched and highly elevated. I had the feeling that Dante Alighieri was watching you Angelica, strolling through the narrow streets, as once upon a time he was watching his secret love Beatrice. It is said that Florence could have had prevented the 2nd world war, as Adolph Hitler applied to be accepted at the Florentine School of Fine Arts. He was not accepted and, as such, his attention was redirected towards more destructive goals. Later on when visiting Uffizi Galleries in the company of Mussolini, the later cursed his luck since his feet started to hurt; as the visit took much longer than expected.
Moved to Italy this year and love most places I’ve visited. Florence is truly a lovely place. I’m going back again during winter to experience it again. Thanks for sharing this. I learned a lot through you
@@maliniangelica1 Grazie Malini, I love your Italian videos, Roma especially, "Il problema Romana" made me laugh. Napoli was epic, and your recent Cilento video was awesome. I really liked the photography in the Florence video. It is easy to get distracted by all of the tourists and the summer heat, but the reality is that this city is truly special and you did a great job showing it off. I hope that you will come back some day to Firenze, not in the summer when all of the Florentines are away escaping the heat. Most of all I enjoy your adventures, you make the world look like a happy place and you bring us together in such a fantastic way. Thank you for sharing your amazing life with all of us! A presto, Matteo
I live in Florence and I am so happy that you came to visit my beautiful city! I hope you enjoyed every minute. As always you make the best travel guide on TH-cam and I am so glad about that. Come back whenever you want, my city is always open to welcome you. Greetings from Florence 😘

Pocos comentarios...un video genial....interesantísimo. Y si, en español nos volvería locos....Agradecemos el gran trabajo de traducir.... Y su voz es agradable en todos los idiomas. Igual que su de vestir es fantástica en todos los colores. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Florence is a beautiful city! I didn't make it there when I was in the Navy. But I did enjoy sampling all the local foods in my travels around the Mediterranean. Your sandwiches look so good!
Thank you for the video! And yes it brings back the memories of my wonderful trip to Florence! I love your videos, your approach to the places you visit and how you embrace the culture and enjoy the food!
Really the people like you are doing great and fantastic job. Making a video like this acquire lots of creative skills and ideas. Thank you so much for sharing through this as we r in remote conditions and feeling connected with around the world.❤
Gran explicación y mejor recorrido. Vistas muy bonitas del puente. Los videos de Italia antes los traducía 😢….. Un viaje completo a Italia debe incluir una vuelta conduciendo una Vespa.
We went to Florence during early December, several years ago. It was a great time to go because there weren't any lines, although it still felt busy. Btw, the Synagogue was interesting to see. It's rare to see a Synagogue in that style.
Great video Malini . Love Florence it's a very important City . Is absolutely gorgeous full of history . Florence is cradle of the Renaissannce . Thank you so much for your wonderful videos . 💕🌷🤍🌟✨️🌞 Hugs from Utah .
I really enjoy your videos, including this one. One minor note, the Allies bombed Florence in WWII to liberate it from the Nazi occupation. Your bistecca alla Fiorentina looked incredible. Keep making great content!
You are actually killing my desire to visit all these places. It feels like I've already seen them through your eyes... so I owe you for saving me a lot of money!😊
Beautiful Malini! What a great video for this beautiful Sunday morning in Montréal. Wine windows! Leave it to the Italians! I loved everything about this video.

Although I enjoyed your video, you went to the most touristy of tourist spots. If you can come back here again it would be nice to go off the beaten path and see the outskirts of the city. Ciao. A presto!

Thank you, dear Malini, for yet another amazing video. Your style is so elegant, and I love your channel. I've been to Florence twice, and I would be thrilled to return someday.

It was an absolutely stunning video. Was a pleasure to watch and felt like am physically present in Florence. Special mention to Malini for her fluency in explaining about historical facts. Observing is totally different from replicating them in front of camera. Which requires immense talent. Further, photography was stunning, which requires lot of effort too. Capturing them and editing to combine altogether is mind blowing. Kudos to the entire team. This channel is so unique. And I luv it.
We travel through the same region for long periods so to be honest time differences are rarely an issue until we decide to move continents which is only once every few months, or yeah it would def be very hard if it was like every month for sure!
