little explanation: *FIOR DI LATTE* means 'the best of milk', as FIORE (flower) is a word used in Italian language, to qualify 'the best', 'the most whealthy', 'the high tier' part of something.
Mozzarella “fior di latte” first took that name (“bufala” is another kind of mozzarella, for example), and then the plain flavor of gelato (just milk) got the same, but their flavors are not related!!! They're just both made of milk.
As someone who has lived in Milan for almost a decade, this video was a brilliant watch. The video editor and his skills are top notch, and Malini also has a super nice way of explaining stuff.

Another great video! Been to Milano once before for conference. Will never forget the moment seeing the Duomo di Milano emerging at the horizon when stepping out of the metro station. Truly a beautiful and historic city.

I just discovered your channel and I cant believe how beautifully shot everything is. I’m completely blown away. The shots, the warm fuzzy almost analogue film look, the places you go to. It’s truly on another level. One thing though and please, change this for future videos. You obviously record at a beautiful 24 frames per second but export the video in 30 fps. This means a lot of panning shots are choppy because the video has to make up 6 extras frames per second which results in doubled framed and thus choppy video. Thanks again!

I visited Milano and Torino for the first time last year. To my surprise, I enjoyed Milano a bit more! Milano's public transport is nearly as good as Paris's; the streetcars are as pretty as the ones in Zurich. It's jarring to see Starbucks everywhere in Italy, but the city functions better than other Italian cities.
