Cilantro
Salt
1 Potato
1 Onion
1.5 lb Ground Beef
1 Egg
2 pkgs of Arugula
3 Carrots
2 tbsp Oil
1 pkg Orzo
1 tbsp Consomme
1 tbsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Hawaij for Soup
1.5 tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tbsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 tbsp Nutmeg
1 tbsp Baharat
