My avocados were perfect - just like yours. The color of mine was much lighter, too. I will attempt his one again because I know how incredibly healthy this soup is. I’m sorry, John. This is my very first (mildly) disappointment. I still love you and your wonderful recipes! ❤
Marvelous video & recipe! There are a lot of green’s growing in my lawn, yard, garden beds now, in April. Weeds: dandelion, garlic mustard, sting nettle; garden plants: spinach, kale, chard, SORREL! Love your parm crisps idea!

I had everything in my fridge and made it yesterday, my blender wasn’t as powerful and there where chunks in my soup, but it was delicious, thank you for sharing, John ❤
