I found your channel after seeing the Fatboy review you did, and have watched a few others today. Thanks much for taking the time to talk about the bikes history, what it's pros and cons are, and where it would fit well into people's lifestyles. It's extremely helpful, Matt. I've had a few Harley's including a Street Glide Special, Soortster, 05 FXDWGI, 03 Night Train with a SE 117, and currently ride a '16 DWG. I also bought my wife a '15 FXDL for a wedding present. Many of the TH-cam reviews seem to lean toward sales pitches for three minutes - your time, patience, and honesty are extremely helpful and important, Matt. If ever in SoCal, I'll be sure to swing by to thank you personally and check out your shop. And I'll keep my eyes peeled for a FXDL review. Ride safe.
Joshua Cagney thank you for taking the time to write this. I appreciate it. I put in a ton of work in my life and seeing compliments like this keeps me going. I'll be sure to do a FXDL review.
I love the Wide Glide. I was VERY saddened to hear that it's discontinued for 2018. It really has a classic Harley feel. I love the raw mechanical feeling of the rubber mounted engine and the raked out forks and skinny 21" front wheel. There's nothing in the 2018 lineup that's comparable. I'm a very old school type and this is THE Iconic Harley for me. I recognize all the advancements in performance and comfort of the new lineup, but for me, a Harley has to have that visceral, mechanical feeling and classic chopper styling. The Iconic Harley. The beautiful, perfect Wide Glide.... :(
Well said.I loved this bike so much I bought one. This bike had my image of what a bike should look like. The breakout is a great looking bike as well. But the wide is more to my taste.
Most people would say that the Softtails are Harley's most iconic models. But I beg to differ. It should be the Dyna models (absolutely the Wide Gliders) that are iconic of hd.
I've had my 2012 Wide Glide since it was new. I bought it in November 2011. 10 years and still loving it. I just road it from San Ysidro, California to my new home in Harker Heights, Texas. It was a two-day trip with a stop at my brother's house in El Paso. I rode all day from early morning to after sunset each day. After two days my right hand was a little fatigued from holding the throttle but I was comfortable and made good time. I'll be riding this FXDWG until they take my license away. Oh, I am one of the older guys who like the classic style of the Wide Glide. My first Harley was a 1977 XLCH 1000 Sportster (kick start only.) I bought it when I was a 19-year-old Marine. Good review Matt! One thing I never got into though is the lane-splitting in regular traffic. Bumper-to-bumper, rush hour traffic, I'll lane split, but in regular surface street traffic, I stay in line. There is too much unnecessary lane-splitting being done nowadays.
I have an 06 wide glide and on our roads in New Zealand it handles well and I'll own it until I leave this world and leave it to my kids. Long live the mighty Dyna
This video made my decision to buy the last Wide Glide. The last of the 2017 models. I took delivery just 2 weeks ago. My all time favorite Harley model. In my opinion, the most beautiful, most iconic Harley. Thanks for another great review. The last great American chopper.
Just (last Sunday) picked up my new 2016 Wide Glide, love it for all the reasons you pointed out. Quick, nimble, easy to ride and just plain fun........ LOVE this bike !!!!!
Im glad you did this. There are not enough FXDWG reviewed on youtube. I have a 2015 in denim black and flames, and I absolutely love this bike. Can it handle like a sports bike with the wider rake and 21 inch front? NO, but that is expected. The looks is unbeatable, and so much fun to ride.
@ Mr MegaTruong I know this is an old comment, but I just bought the same wide glide (2015, black and flames) and am having the time of my life riding it through Colombia, South America. I've only put 1,200 miles on it so far, but I have some upcoming trips planned.
Always loved the glides - running a 2016 WG nowadays with better exhaust and seating. Back in the day I used to run my chopper down from Winnipeg, Canada, with a fun crew and hit plenty of Grateful Dead, The Band, and other shows. Wide Glides are fun - a stripped down, basic 103 Harley that is a real hoot to thump around on. You can tour on any bike you love. Make it happen. Naybordave
This is an excellent review. I have a 2010 Wide Glide with the 96" engine and your review on handling and ride of the wide glide is spot on. Personally, I believe that the Dyna family of bikes are the best design that Harley-Davidson has ever put out. Thanks.
I have a 2016 Wide Glide and I love it to but I didn't like the bars so I pout on buck horses looks great on the bicke and much more comfortable I also put on a sunseter Solly seat the bike is so contabull
Great video, I bought a vivid black Wide Glide new in 2014 and still have it. The handling can be greatly improved by just going up one size from the 80/90-21 front tire to a 90/90-21, and get rid of the terrible Michelin Scorcher tires that come on this bike. I have run both Dunlops and now Metzler ME888s both were a big improvement. Mine has a Top Hand Ventures classic sissy bar, Mustang seat and a set of Vance and Hines.
Matt you really do do a great job going over the bike, offering opinion about it's pros and cons, and also showing or videoing the different parts and overall bike. I definitely learn a ton from watching you cover these bikes...keep up the great work brother.
I just got a 2005 WG. First street bike for me . I’m 54 years old . Taller at 6’ 3”. I learned so much from your description! I love this thing! I don’t think I could have picked a better bike. Thank you. I’m subscribing, and look forward to your other videos.
I have a 07 Wide Glide and I love it. I like the updates that have been made with the drag bars to give it a meaner look. As for the comfort I have no problem riding long distances because of the mini apes that were standard in 07 and a nice seat but your passenger may only last about 50 miles before they need a break. (Just ask my wife) My only complaint is that it can be a challenge getting to the valve stem on the back tire with certain air nozzles. Keep up the great vids Matt.
My colleague rode this bike though Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, India, Myanmar, Thailand and Malaysia went through bad rough dirt roads and gravel and bad fuel the bike really is Rock solid love it!
Here I am in 2022 reminiscing about my 2015 FXDWG. Love love these bikes. Wish there was something similar these days. The Softail Street Bob is probably the closest, but the small tank and now the mag wheels for 2022 really change the look away from this classic Harley chopper style profile. Ah, who am I kidding. I love em all!! Haha. Great vid Matt!
@@mightyjoe3849 I doubt it :( the Dyna platform had inherent issues. Best thing we could hope for is a Dyna-esque bike on the new Softail frame. Which, admittedly, is superior in every way to the Dyna.
Hard to find many good reviews or test ride videos on the Wide Glide, thanks for doing one! I've test rode one at a local test our metal event(Lloydminster, AB Canada) as well as a Fat Bob, Street Bob, and 1200 Roadster. Wide Glide is the only one that put an instant ear to ear grin on my face! The others were good, but just the light easy feeling after the first turn was phenomenal. I am still going back and forth between the Wide Glide and 1200 Custom for a first bike. Would love to see your take on the Custom as well as the Breakout. Keep up the great videos!
I think a black wide glide with factory flames is probably the most iconic harley of the dyna era, I know the performance club style dyna's are probably more popular and I have one myself but if I ever get another dyna it will be one of these.
You're spot on about the skinny tire. My first Harley was an 03 Wide Glide and it tracked on every tar snake and imperfection. Still loved her though. My 08 Fatbob is a beast and I feel it's the best Dyna! Great reviews man! Keep up the great work and ride safe out there!
Matt Laidlaw, I completely agree that they're underrated. Either people love em or hate em with looks, not much middle ground. The ride/cornering on the other hand is amazing. If you put taller bars and a windshield on them, you can literally ride all day.
I have the 2011and love it it's my first bike and I'm planning on trying some ape hangers on it with a gas tank lift to give it more of a chopper style look
inho, this is the best looking dyna ever, I need mid controls however, thats the only sticking point with me. But yes, matt, great review as always. keep crushing it.
I really like the retro look. I have a 07 Softail Custom and purchased it because of the retro look. Great looking bike Matt and another great vlog. I have to test ride a Wide Glide. Thanks again.
Been riding Wideglides for a number of years, my favorite Harley. About the narrow front tire and tracking. Get rid of those crappy Dunlops and the problem goes away. Also, Harley needs to put the mini apes back on the WG. It just isn't right without them.
I'm one of those old dudes you were talking about. Back on a bike after a 15 year hiatus after a very bad spill. Was actually looking to buy an XL1200 CB with forward controls as a start. I'm 6.1 220 lbs but I just don't feel I'm ready yet to get back on a big hog. Would appreciate your take on the bike.
Mitch Clyman 6.1 220 lbs. you'd be right at home on the wide Glide. I wouldn't get it for road trips though. Unless you get a better seat and windshield or full face helmet.
Thanks for this review and for starting to explain the confusing world of Harley models. I wish there were more videos explaing the differnces between glide this and DLXR that and Road King and whatever. Keep up the great work with all these videos.
What a great looking bike from the seat forward. Love the rake of it. If it had a hidden mono shock, fuller fender and a nice 240 on the back it would be killer. But I dig the fact they are trying to get the bobber look, just not my taste. Nothing money can't fix
I have never had a tour bike , but I don't see why you couldn't go a long ways on a fatboy or dyna , I had apes on mine , I would put a big pack on passenger rest and tweek the apes down and lay back against the pack and cruse on highway, full helmet leathers on no wind shield no wind resistance the air would deflect around me , very comfortable.
The DWG has always been a favorite of mine. Great looking, classic Harley style. Gorgeous. I've got those same gloves and love them. Great review Matt!!
HI Matt, which used Harley model would you recommend for my height of 5'8', shorter legs and prefer a very soft ride being 62 yrs. young...tnx for any info...Steven
Hi Matt, quick Q not related to the vid. How do you like that Simpson lid? I have been thinking of getting a ghost bandit and always read complaints about it being noisy. I run a small beanie lid and have V&H big radius pipes on my cvo breakout so I suppose I don't hear much as it is lol. I mainly want it for cooler weather and maybe kit it out with comms. Just curious about your take on them. Thanks in advance sir
badkarma3059 I love the Simpson. Mine is the outlaw bandit. It's comfortable, the liner is good, noise cancellation is pretty good. There isn't much ventilation but the ghost is better with that. Plus the style is unbeatable in my opinion.
I almost got this 2017 dyna and was going to trade my 2009 Honda shadow spirit 750 last weekend for my birthday. Still debating on doing it too. I was gonna just pay it monthly
i want this bike so bad! looks like the late 90s early 2000s chopper look to them. wish it had a thicker back tire. i wanna get this bike within the next couple months
I was in Covina last week and came in looking for the 2018 Low Rider to test ride and they said they traded it to another dealer :/ Still looking to test ride it, if you can I would love one of your detailed reviews on it.
Hi Mat, thanks for your videos first, please your support according to your experience, for a two up ride between the 18 softail low rider and the dyna wide glide 2010 which bike do you recommend?
I was born in 1972 and growing up I caught the bug watching guys chop their bikes and ride down the road. It took me 25 years but got my 2012 FXDWG. I knew what I wanted and put 1000.00 down over the phone before I even walked into the shop. The old school look rocks but yeah handling isn't the best but that doesn't matter to me. When I ride I always hear "What a beautiful bike". I Love mine and wouldn't trade mine for anything.
I still love this video. It's what really helped me pull the trigger and buy my 2017 Denim Black with Flames. Just the coolest bike ever. Last fall before storage, I installed the black H-D side mounted oil cooler. This year, I'll install a set of chrome V&H Twin Slash slip-ons. Those'll probably be the only things I do to it. It's just beautiful and perfect as is. Maybe I'll make my own video as well. Thanks again. ;)
matt, is the dyna wideglide a good first road bike for a guy that rode only a super small dirt bike before? im tryin to skip that small street bike baby step. some older biker dude said id outgrow a street bob in like a month. i do plan on renting some bikes too . thatl help me here, im 5'10 170lbs..
@Patrick bennett For what it's worth. I am your proportions exactly (5'10", 170 lbs). I just bought a 2015 Dyna Wide Glide. My only experience on bikes as as a teenager riding mini bikes and then a Benelli 100, and that was 40 years ago. I got on it and immediately took it in a four-day trip at 8 hours per day to reacquaint myself with riding. I'm glad I did it.
Hi Mat, I bought a 2013 Dyna Super Glide Custom Vivid black lots of chrome Vance and Hines straight shots added a Vand H Fuelpak FP3 TO GET RID OF The popping through town and it did, I have to say I love this bike, Just asking I would like a lower bad ass sound. Whats your take on the big shots, One more thing I got it up to 118 mph almost 120 not to smart on my part because it started doing so kind of wobble what would cause that?
I'm running 5'10", and 205lbs. This would not be my first Harley, but it's been quite awhile since I've been on one. My son went with the street Bob because he says it responds for him better cornering...but he comes in at 5'7" and about 145. Although the Street is a nice looking ride...I'm from the late 60s generation, and the Wide Glide is really appealing to me. You made it look pretty easy to jump on and go. Unless you were to say, Bro...don't go the Wide, I'm real sold on it for a re-introduction back into big bikes !!
Love the channel and the videos Matt, in your opinion I have a 2003 fxdwg and it has 24k miles on it, do you have any opinions on older vs newer models. This is my first Harley and I love it. Just curious on the new models. Keep the vids coming sir.
Hey man! Most bikes made for taller people like myself (6'7"), are usually much more wide because they expect someone who's my size to be much bigger in width. However, I'm only 200lbs and pretty skinny and lanky. Any Harley bike recommendations for a skinny but tall person? This bike looks fantastic & I'd love to have it but I feel like it would be too small for me. Any thoughts or suggestions?
I’m wondering I’m looking for new bike I thought I want to the street glide but the price is too high I’m coming off a electric glide ultra classic 2003 and I wanted to move to the Street glide because it fit naturally but I’m looking for a bike that can fit my price range and it looks like a dyna the right direction should I suck it up and pay the price for street glide Or would a dyna be ok The only other Dina I like besides the wide glide is the Lowrider S
I disagree regarding the ride on rough roads. Because of the larger diameter front tire one feels the bump less than a bike with a smaller diameter tire. I have an 05 DWG (bought new) with 56k miles. The most I ever rode in one day was 1350 miles (4 years ago). It rides very well on the interstates and my butt never and I mean never gets sore, with a stock seat. I've been riding motorcycles since before you were born. I did a ride last year of 3200 miles in 3 days (I am currently 66 years young). This is my 13th motorcycle, 9 of those being dirt bikes. I did race motocross in my younger days - for 8 years.
Thanks for the video as always you done a great job! I always love the old school 70's look and i am not even old :). My first Harley is Sportster 72 and i want to buy another bike with bigger engine and the wide glide is my first choice. Many thanks again for the video. One question: what is the biggest engine from Harley can you put on this model ? or the highest performance kit etc.
AdigaAs21 the 103 CI is the biggest it has ever come with from the factory. You could bolt on a 110. Harley has a kit that bolts up to it with pistons, cylinders, and cams
Been looking around for a Harley that fits my style and functionality. Closest thing I found was the Softail Slim, but it ain’t it. I saw the Dyna wg with the skinny looking front end and forward controls and it’s exactly what I want, and not so WW2 looking like the slim. Of course what I want is discontinued and getting increasingly rare.. right?
Sup from Alberta Canada Like this review, could not have done it better and you described the ride to a tee I have the '16 with a Stage 1 and 3000 mi on it-Grey with the Ghost Flames
Imagine this bike with the 110 engine... that would be the ultimate ride. Do you think this bike will get the M8 engine, or is it going to be stuck in dual cam mode forever? I want one to compliment my long trip Road King, but I'm waiting to see what is going to happen with the next year or two...
Is this a good bike for a first bike im 6'8 375 pounds. I tried my friends sportster and it was way too small and cbr 250 it felt like shit with my gf on the back. Most people told me to just get a bmw 1000rr especially if my gf with ride on back sometimes but prefer a harley.
Quite a nice bike but yeah it sounded like a 'souped up sewing machine, But with a free flowing airbox, ECM and V&H Short shots, well she sounds throaty and runs better than when new. I put Hi-way bars on her, new grips and chrome coil covers w/ fat orange wires.Getting over 52 at times and really rolling on her. A great bike.
"Quite a nice bike but yeah it sounded like a 'souped up sewing machine" His audio does not capture the sound. I own one. It sounds just like a big Harley should sound.
Matt Laidlaw I'm 5'10. I turn 22 this year and I would like to start out with a second-hand Dyna but some people told me to start out with a mid-size bike. What do you think?
david25142 I'm also 5'10 and I have a wide glide same model. trust me you will enjoy the wide glide. this is also the first and only bike I've ever own.You might even feel big on the bike. Go test ride one. Ride safe!
Currently on a 2012 and also had a 2011 that got stolen. I have a 30" inseam and found the factory pegs were a little bit of a reach for me, mainly came into play on longer rides. I replaced the factory pegs with some mini floor boards that helped me. I'm currently in a hotel while on a 2000+ mile trip on my Wide Glide, coming from the Rockies where I ran my WG up Pike's Peak and all around the mountains.
Thanks. Will get home to STL tomorrow. Posted a couple of the Pike's Peak vids already, one up and one down. I had been (and am still) thinking about getting a Street Glide Special or Road Glide Special, and was considering trading the Wide Glide in, but the trip made me fall back in love with my Wide Glide so I'll keep it even if I add the SGS or RGS.
I've been considering a wide glide as my first Harley. I've been riding for the last 4 years, only on sport bikes though. I'm 5'10 200lbs, and plan on getting a WG as a commuter from Palmdale to Marina Del Rey. Hwy 14 gets really gusty, would this bike be a good fit for that type of ride and my size?
Hey Matt, I'm 5'8", would you recommend the wide glide for someone my size? I do a lot of hwy riding, 1- 3 hour rides. or what would you recomend? Dyna low rider maybe? Your help would be much appreciated, cheers.
SentinelFPS mostly controls, finishes, seating, and style. Watch my videos on them and that should clear up a lot. I don't have a superglide video though.
Thanks Matt For This Nice Review On This Classic H-D Bike...i am 5"11 With Long Legs and Would Fit Well on This Dyna(have sat on a couple) Do You Think With Another Seat Etc..This Would Be a Nice Ride To Utah and West Coast ? Thanks Again Matt You Rock...Hopefully Will Be Starting Rider Academy in Next 30 Days.

Your reviews are the best. You took the motorcycle review videos to the next level.
Thank you for taking the time to make this video. It answered all my questions.
Clint Young thanks for watching.
One of my biggest regrets is selling my 97 evo wide glide.
I know what you mean .Have had my 98 wide glide 15 years and I am 78 .The ol says it needs to go .Hands up those that say she needs to go .lol
Been riding Wideglides for a number of years, my favorite Harley. About the narrow front tire and tracking. Get rid of those crappy Dunlops and the problem goes away. Also, Harley needs to put the mini apes back on the WG. It just isn't right without them.
I love the look of my Wide Glide
I have a 21 Street Glide
14 Wide Glide
09 Rocker C
Saw one yesterday. Looked KILLA! I do agree for us 5’8” guys a seat pushing me a lil forward . Reminds me of the old Deuces
Now do the 2017 softail slim. The rusty brown one.
Very informative. Im 6'6" i think i have finally made up my mind on what bike im gonna buy now, thank u
Awesome videos, great detail. Waiting on your review of the 2017 Low Rider. Thank You for the videos
thanks for the honest review! it's nice to hear fact based options
What a great looking bike from the seat forward. Love the rake of it. If it had a hidden mono shock, fuller fender and a nice 240 on the back it would be killer. But I dig the fact they are trying to get the bobber look, just not my taste. Nothing money can't fix
Mint review mate!! Wide glides are my pick!
Can the new 18' low rider seat mount up to a 13'-17' wide glide? I love the new seat on the low rider.
From Egypt thank you Matt that was really helpful i just bought one 👍
TareqS320 nice enjoy!
Hi Tarek, do you still have it. I'm thinking of getting one soon
The DWG has always been a favorite of mine. Great looking, classic Harley style. Gorgeous. I've got those same gloves and love them. Great review Matt!!
Ryan's V-Twin Vlogs thank you! Great gloves!
They look way comfy, what gloves are they?
Wideglides forever yeeeeeeeeeeewwww
I was wondering the same actually
badkarma3059 I love the Simpson. Mine is the outlaw bandit. It's comfortable, the liner is good, noise cancellation is pretty good. There isn't much ventilation but the ghost is better with that. Plus the style is unbeatable in my opinion.
Matt Laidlaw
thanks Matt I really appreciate you replying
I almost got this 2017 dyna and was going to trade my 2009 Honda shadow spirit 750 last weekend for my birthday. Still debating on doing it too. I was gonna just pay it monthly
my 5th Wide Glide. lovem.
Hey I’m thinking about going from my 01 883 to a dyna wide glide is it a good idea ?
Jamie Haggett absolutely I had a 1200c XL sporty I traded for my '14 FXDWG love it!
Have a 2008 Yamaha 1100 custom. Would this bike be a good choice for an upgrade.
Would the Harley be smoother or about the same ride. Thanks
Cheers
i want this bike so bad! looks like the late 90s early 2000s chopper look to them. wish it had a thicker back tire. i wanna get this bike within the next couple months
I was in Covina last week and came in looking for the 2018 Low Rider to test ride and they said they traded it to another dealer :/
Still looking to test ride it, if you can I would love one of your detailed reviews on it.
What year was the high performance cam in the 103 wide glide ?
Which would you say is the better bike? This or the Dyna Fat bob?
Would this bike be okay for someone 5'6" - 5'8" in height? Amd can the comtrols be moved back in any way? Thanks
Hey Matt how tall are you? Would you say WG is a good choice for taller rider?
Hi Mat, thanks for your videos first, please your support according to your experience, for a two up ride between the 18 softail low rider and the dyna wide glide 2010 which bike do you recommend?
Which one do you recommend a wide glide or a breakout?
I was born in 1972 and growing up I caught the bug watching guys chop their bikes and ride down the road. It took me 25 years but got my 2012 FXDWG. I knew what I wanted and put 1000.00 down over the phone before I even walked into the shop. The old school look rocks but yeah handling isn't the best but that doesn't matter to me. When I ride I always hear "What a beautiful bike". I Love mine and wouldn't trade mine for anything.
Paul Hertzog nice man. Thanks for the comment
Thanks again. ;)
Bobber16 I just bought a '14 yesterday only 6k miles its black n cayenne pepper love it gonna put some rush slip ons on
Does the air cleaner interfere with the brake pedal?
matt, is the dyna wideglide a good first road bike for a guy that rode only a super small dirt bike before? im tryin to skip that small street bike baby step. some older biker dude said id outgrow a street bob in like a month. i do plan on renting some bikes too . thatl help me here, im 5'10 170lbs..
@ talyonmaximus At 5'10" you're fine. I just bought a 2015 dyna wide glide. I'm also 5'10" and it fits me perfectly.
Love the channel and the videos Matt, in your opinion I have a 2003 fxdwg and it has 24k miles on it, do you have any opinions on older vs newer models. This is my first Harley and I love it. Just curious on the new models. Keep the vids coming sir.
The last bike I test rode was a V Rod Muscle, would this fit much different?
Loved the review , and yes I own two of them .
Good video as always. Nice looking bike for hopping around town.
Always learn something new watching your videos
Al
amacro11 good! Thanks for watching
The nicest looking Harley made
What bike do yall recommend a 5'3 male like me. Would like one but im not sure if itll work out with this one lol
I am thinking about getting a 2014. Grey with blue flames.
Been looking around for a Harley that fits my style and functionality. Closest thing I found was the Softail Slim, but it ain’t it. I saw the Dyna wg with the skinny looking front end and forward controls and it’s exactly what I want, and not so WW2 looking like the slim.
Of course what I want is discontinued and getting increasingly rare.. right?
It aint rare. Facebook marketplace.
They need to bring back the wild glide as one of those new softtail
I hope they bring this back next year.
Sup from Alberta Canada
Like this review, could not have done it better and you described the ride to a tee
I have the '16 with a Stage 1 and 3000 mi on it-Grey with the Ghost Flames
Imagine this bike with the 110 engine... that would be the ultimate ride. Do you think this bike will get the M8 engine, or is it going to be stuck in dual cam mode forever? I want one to compliment my long trip Road King, but I'm waiting to see what is going to happen with the next year or two...
Hey Matt you should do a review on the 2017 low rider s ! Thanks.
i dont think WG had duel front brakes since the earily 80s.. my 93WG had a single.. btw best bike i ever had
I have own one, i love it so much .
"Quite a nice bike but yeah it sounded like a 'souped up sewing machine"
His audio does not capture the sound. I own one. It sounds just like a big Harley should sound.
love the Bike but that seat and those lame pipes gotta go
What about the Breakout? It looks similar with the rake but the Breakout is a softtale and a wide back tire.
The breakout will not handle with that damn big ass tyre....if going in a straight line is your thing go for it
Is the Wide Glide or any Dyna a good first bike?
david25142 yea, they are. I would say that also depends on your size, age, and budget.
Ride safe!
Thank you for your first hand input Josh.
Love this bike but im 5'3 😂😂
Currently on a 2012 and also had a 2011 that got stolen. I have a 30" inseam and found the factory pegs were a little bit of a reach for me, mainly came into play on longer rides. I replaced the factory pegs with some mini floor boards that helped me. I'm currently in a hotel while on a 2000+ mile trip on my Wide Glide, coming from the Rockies where I ran my WG up Pike's Peak and all around the mountains.
isgrimner wow, nice man. Cool trip.
Zapablast05 of
Hey Matt, I'm 5'8", would you recommend the wide glide for someone my size? I do a lot of hwy riding, 1- 3 hour rides. or what would you recomend? Dyna low rider maybe? Your help would be much appreciated, cheers.
Did you bought one? What is your experience? Greetings
What are the differences between street bob, wide, super glide? I want a dyna for a next bike but would like to know some mor einfo on them. thanks!
Thanks heaps for a great review
Mate you Answered everything I need to know this is definitely the bike I’m looking for thanks mate 👍🤘🤘🇦🇺
Does it get hot in that glass palace?
