Thanks, Melissa It was actually too slow to calm my anxiety the first time I tried to do it. Today I decided to do it as a recovery after a cardio class with no real stretch and undwind afterwards...it was awesome. So, I would encourage people to use it after their workout to #boostrecovery :)
It's something we are considering doing a specific yoga program for actually! I was very stressed out. I just had a misunderstanding with my daughter and I was really angry. I am feeling so much better the claws reduce my anxiety so much, Namaste.
I've been a fan of Melissa going back several years but her chattiness in this one, along with the somewhat quick pace, were counter to it creating a relaxed state. Never an opportunity to really sink into any pose long enough to really let go. Needed for this to be slower, more quiet.

Poses are too short to call it "reducing anxiety". This is more like a warm up session to me.
