I did the divekick unconsciously a lot of the time, mostly at the 99 as a good tool for the RPS, didn't realize doing so was key to the RPS of my neutral
Awesome video, I like that you showed potential neutral interactions for this line of play. I can show this video to my buddies too and get better because of it
I like the reminder that just doing nothing is an option once you've established a threat. I feel like a lot of people, myself included, will just randomly throw out buttons in desperation to make something happen.
I still have this problem a lot. I'm pretty much always thinking about doing something in the moment and don't consider, or I just forget, what my opponent did in situations before.
This is actually very useful for me since I usually utilize both playstyle of whiff punishing and reaction j2k. Though my fatal flaw was to make this as 2 separate game style instead of combining them for a better and more onsistent gameplan
i was waiting for this video, great stuff as always! since the patch buffing the startup i've found j2k has felt great to use during corner pressure as well as it pokes toes and feels deceptively fast due to the sudden change in direction with a thicc reward on counter hit, seems to clip jump attempts as well up close
I saw recent vids of rf/nage doing the j2k into s, 2h. Now i have a clearer understanding of whats going on in those interactions, thx. Its like iad, but with a divekick instead...idk lel
I already did the instant dive kick a lot and thought it was just a way to exploit the opponent's matchup knowledge, I didn't knew it was THIS good
My specialty is explaining really specific interactions that no one has any business explaining.
@@Krackatoa the hero we need, not the one we deserve
@@Krackatoa and that's why most of us watch you lol
Invaluable info that helps me differentiate what I'm doing well from what I'm just getting away with. Good video!
Krackatoa strikes again with another banger tech video
I'm baffled by how such a high-quality channel can only have 3.6k subs. Is that the number of faust players?
Rofl fighting games are small and most hate being explained shit. Its classroom ptsd. Wish american schools were fun
Jon my boy I just started doing real videos like two months ago give it time.
This video has single-handedly gotten me from floor 8 to 10. Thank you so much for teaching me about low divekick, absolutely mental
thank you for carrying my faust
Wait does this mean you actually play normally when not going against sajam? I love you no homo
If I can give you the tools to obliterate the non-believers I've done my job.
ty for all of your faust knowledge. this video helped me a lot in some matchups i was struggling with.
Hit celestial 4 times yesterday with Faust , your techs helped a lot. Now just to get that vip pass!

Nice video, you motivate me to continue playing faust
That dive kick buff went unoticed for many people, this move is really good now
I use these videos to help with my Faust MU exp because I rarely encounter this character.
Good stuff as always.

I used to do this so much that I had to stop myself from doing it most times. It felt like one of the two good moves Faust has
Hey, so long as it works.
banger video Krack
Great video as always.
Where would I be without you

The ground based footsies the guilty gear series is known for
I WAS USING A BUTTON RIGHT FOR ONCE!
fuck yea!
Except I wasn't using it 100% correctly. But oh well.

When you've been doing this since Guilty Gear Accent Core +R because you knew it was good. Lol.
Interesting dissertation in the second half of the video.
I... fausts weren't doing this already? man this looks ridiculous and it was always there
It really wasn't this good before the patch, it increased its startup and turned it into the monster of a button it's now
no fucking way you just made a video saying do a low divekick

Faust is so under developed
