I have just recently incorporated your neck and headache exercises to my morning routine and of course, the exercises are working once again in releasing my tight neck and alleviating my tension headaches.     I am new to your TH-cam videos and love them. Do you have or could you develop videos for those of us with wrist injuries and weakness and arthritis in the hands? It would be really helpful to me personally but I suspect I am not alone. Mahalo

    That was revelatory. I have had poor posture my whole life - most approaches deal with larger muscles (tight hamstrings, lats, traps). I've recently learned how to engage my upper abdominals (the corset). I've known, of course, about chin tucks, but I'm sure I've been engaging the front neck muscles to do so. Thank you for the intention on those small muscles of the lower neck and upper back. I may learn to stand up straight!

    Unfortunately, the clock exercises made me feel really motion-sick, so I won't be repeating this video. I had vertigo and labyrinthitis some years ago and since then, I am very prone to nausea from certain movements. The other exercises are in other ones (shoulder etc) so it's not a big problem. I will try another neck workout to see if there are other, better neck exercises for me.
