    This has been truly a game changer for me!!! I am so thrilled I found your channel!     This routine seems to be really helping my chronic neck pain. I tried another of Jessica’s videos for neck pain, and it didn’t help as much. I think the addition of the thoracic spine stretches is what is making a big difference for me. Thank you, Jessica!

    Doing this every morning keeps me from getting a ton of cervicogenic headaches. Anything else you have on thoracic mobility affecting head and neck pain would be great!!

    Thank you so much for this video! I have been having the worst neck and back pains for weeks now and this is the first time I've been able to get a lot of pressure off of them both at the same time since the pain has started! I hope to find one for lower back pain if not could you please do a video for it?. I'm glad that I subscribed!

    Wow feeling better. I am surprised by the mid-back stretches, but makes sense. Everything is connected! Will try to do those daily now when I am hunching over my desk all day.

    Do you have recommendations for workout hairstyles for long hair. Having it down gets hot and distracting, but i feel like my usual low bun might be straining my neck when I do floor work on my mat since it fills that space between the mat and my neck
