I’m struggling with doing the moves idk how I’m suppose to do them. I’m kinda getting frustrated but I’m trying not to. Edit: 26 minutes later after I finished the video, it was very fun and calming the problem I had was constantly getting out of positions to see what Nicole was doing so I can adjust other than that it was very nice, Thank you Nicole!
I’m struggling with PCOS and regular workouts always worsened my symptoms. The cortisol spike always felt like a panic attack and gave me imbalanced blood sugar and it was hard to lose weight. I’ve been following your “gentle” pilates videos for about 2 weeks and I never felt this relaxed and at peace after a workout. The feeling of being connected to my core and my body gives me a high. May I know which of Nicole's videos you use? I also have joint pain and my shoulders are a bit stiff. My physical therapist told me to be consistent with exercise.
@@eatsburrito I use all the different styles - pilates, yoga, HIIT, barre. For me, this variation of workout is so good! I find her playlists according to style, duration and focus very helpful. Have you checked out the Upper Body playlist? The Barre videos also have some wide arm movements that might help "soften" the shoulders. Hope you find what works for you 🧡 wish you all the best! 🌻

I used to be an absolute athlete and after some years of bad dieting and a few injuries, I stopped being so active. Used to do pilates and other exercises 6 days a week for years, then life got in the way and I've been going months at a time without really moving my body more than a hike or walk... this workout was gentle enough that I didn't feel discouraged yet burned enough that I remembered all the reasons I loved exercise in the first place. thank you!! :)

I’ve done cardio (which I love) HITT workouts, basically a little bit of everything, but I’ve lost the most weight and gained most muscle with your workouts, I’ve improved my posture, and so much more. Thank you so much for another beginner workout! I found out that I get way better growth when adding beginner workouts in between harder ones. Just something about doing everything calmly and feeling a lot of strength is so beneficial. And great for clearing up my mind!

Your clear, detailed guidance has helped this 62 y/o beginner who is trying to rehab a low back injury to actually do a daily mat class!! Since I have chronic wrist injury, I have to avoid being on “all fours”. I’m likely not alone in needing more beginner classes that are adaptive for those with wrist limitations. This is my first Pilate class ever and I LOVED it ! When I exercise watching videos I usually cannot wait for the class to finish but with this one I would happily have continued. I feel so good now. Can’t wait to do more classes ! Thank you so much ❤

I’ve been doing your pilates since 2019. This is the best way for me to workout. I’ve done cardio (which I love) HITT workouts, basically a little bit of everything, but I’ve lost the most weight and gained most muscle with your workouts, I’ve improved my posture, and so much more. Thank you so much for all that you do, your workout plans, the great energy you give. You make pilates become amazing, does not feel like a dragging workout. Thank you again, much love!! ❤

Thank you so much for another beginner workout! I found out that I get way better growth when adding beginner workouts in between harder ones. Just something about doing everything calmly and feeling a lot of strength is so beneficial. And great for clearing up my mind!
I thought I wouldn't need a beginner pilates routine but this was absolutely wonderful, going back to ones intentions of pilates and perfect as evening pilates as well, thank you a lot!
Your clear, detailed guidance has helped this 62 y/o beginner who is trying to rehab a low back injury to actually do a daily mat class!! Since I have chronic wrist injury, I have to avoid being on “all fours”. I’m likely not alone in needing more beginner classes that are adaptive for those with wrist limitations. I’d be forever grateful for more hands free options in beginner classes😊🙏☮️Thanks for these fantastic offerings!!
