    i just wanted to give my testimonial after doing this every morning for about a week.
    i’m only 24 but broke my hip at 12. since i’ve started walking a few months ago to be more active, i noticed my hips and lower back had gotten really tight. this past weekend i pulled one of the muscles in my hip flexors that connected to my back. the pain was sooo excruciating. the pain was almost as bad as when i broke my hip! to the point that i could not bend/squat down without my leg giving out.
    after getting a massage that partially helped, i found this video and since doing it every morning for the last week, my hip pain is nearly gone and my range of motion is back to normal. i’ve since shared with friends who would also benefit. thank you so much for this!! it’s so helpful :) will definitely be looking into your pilates videos as well. 🥰

    This video has literally improved my quality of life and helped me get back to exercising regularly. I was experiencing hip pain for the better part of 2 years. No matter how much I “rested” it returned as soon as I began brisk walking. I started this video a month ago and within 2 days I felt better. I am now back to run/walking pain free!! Thank you Jessica!!

      @@danielap3012 -I used to do them 5-6 days a week. Now I do them 3-4. I always do them after I run/or walk for exercise and always after a leg day workout.

      Same here. I found that resting makes it worse. These exercises get me pain free after 3 or 4 goes over only 2 days. The best hip flex video I have found and I've searched a few.

    Thanks for these targeted workouts. At one time I thought I was headed for hip replacement due to pain in my right hip. Exercise has made all the difference-90% improvement. At age 70 I see that exercise most days is essential to keep pain and stiffness at bay.

    What a relief! Been struggling with hip pain and low back pain mainly on the right side for almost a year now. This exercise and another one for low back pain really help in instantly relieving the pain. Thanks Jessica! Your pilates video is the one that I keep coming back to over and over again. Short, with clear instructions and definitely effective!

    I've been doing these exercises daily for 3 weeks and have notice a lot more mobility in my hips. I can twist both legs toward one side, when previously my right wouldn't fully cross to the floor!
    My ultimate goal is to get my straddle splits, so since I've been fairly inflexible, I started with this video and now I'm moving on to targeting the front splits.

    Brilliant stretches. My main exercise is cycling and rowing and also work at a desk so my hips are really tight. Just one session and they’re feeling a bit better. The challenge is finding time for this every day!

    I’ve been doing this every other day for a couple of weeks now and today I really noticed my hip flexors. Like, I can actually feel them and I’m not sure that I could before. Feels like I’m getting some good results 👍

    I plan on doing this everyday. My left hip flexor/hip/hamstring is so much worse than my right. The last full stretch with the legs straight in the air KILLED but I would be lying if I said I didn't feel amazing after this stretch session. Thank you!

    I can commit to a 10 minute daily routine versus my usual 30 minutes that I end up only doing once every couple of months. These feel great!

    Great video. My biggest thing is it’s super hard for me to extend my legs straight. Had to sit against the wall like you said for one exercise and for the last exercise it was really hard to extend straight up. Any suggestions?
