The cop ran up to and accosted the car!! The cop was never dragged. The cop lied and this cop seems to be a crooked cop!!
what about the bodycams of the other three on the scene within seconds?
None of the other officers had their cameras on?

The cop was reenacting the scene except he stepped in a puddle on the way to smash Scottie’s window
Some of the men depicted were filmed in Imperial Valley (CA) during daylight. They were arrested!
