TODAY I SHOW YOU A 2 BEDROOM AND 2 BATH HOUSE IN HUA HIN THAILAND. THE HOUSE IS $235 USD A MONTH IT'S LOCATED 5 MINUTES FROM HUA HIN MAIN CENTRE & BEACHES.
Hua Hin is a seaside resort on the Gulf of Thailand, in the southern Thai province of Prachuap Khiri Khan. Once a quiet fishing village, it grew into a fashionable escape for residents of Bangkok after the 1920s, when the Thai royal family built summer palaces here. Hua Hin Beach, popular for kitesurfing and other water sports, is the main stretch of sand, lined with high-end hotels and seafood shacks.

Very interesting. Most of my ladies suggest I get a house. I can understand their point, but believe I'll stay here in my hotel. It's two floors, upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs living room eating area & kitchen. Place comes with two swimming pools. Housekeeper twice per week. Beach is just outside doorway. Pay 7baht per unit of electricity. Ave monthly cost with electricity 13,000baht. This is double cost for a house yet I am very happy not having to worry about upkeep of anything here. To me it's worth an extra 6,000ish baht to live carefree. Happy in Kamala Beach. Town is small get to know just about everyone here
