Spent far too much on audio for now so if I'm going to make the comparison myself, it will have to wait
Zeos you need to try the Dunu Falcon Pro Ultra! It is a cheaper version of the Twilight and I think the best single dynamic close enough to the twilight without the extreme cost. Would love to hear your review on it.

When you do gaming iems, seriously, try the $18 cvj konoka. They are a 1dd+1ba+1 haptic motor that adds tons of bass texture (without adding bass, so its really tight but impactful as hell). They have this WEIGHT to the sound thats nuts, the soundstage os great and the detail is solid. They suck at music, but they are sold as gaming focused, and they do action movies and gaming like nobodys damn business. Footsteps, explosions, imaging, awesome. Throw on the $12 TRN redchain cable with the mmcx boom mic and some good tips and you have my dedicated steam deck setup. Avoid the TRN mars. Same setup, $60, dogshit sound. They made the motor add more bass and it sounds like a concussion.
Ah fuck it, sold. Payday be damned. I was loving the em6l since they came (gaming in particular was superb) but these sound like a unique vibe, and that's what i like - everything in my collection has to stand on it's own and an est-like speed sounds like it might.
@@MicroBuddy5 very, very competent. Fit was kinda mediocre with the stock tips and it was picky as hell about getting a good fit and seal for some reason. Needs a shallow fit tip that also isn't too wide. The cable is mice but looped too high and required some breaking in. Sound wise, they're a bit bass light but very fast and super cohesive, crisp and clean. Not a lot of energy, but for a clean, slightly warm, good soundstage and unbelievably quick on its feet sound, they're super cool. They're also gorgeous as heck and the bass tube is cool looking. I'd say the place they shine is when the sound gets complicated with lots of high and low volume and different instruments. It's just so quick. More technical than musical, but it's a vibe and not at all unenjoyable. The tech itself is absolutely something that aful needs to do more with. Idk, I'm kinda torn because I tend to like energetic sounds. The em6l is a clean and warm sound too, but more musical. It's a bit hotter in the treble than the magicone but a bit more detailed in trade. I think the em6l is a little better at placement and imaging, but both have a great soundstage and layering, and the magic has a more cohesive effect on music. Both felt great for gaming. If you have the em6l, these are absolutely just a side-grade, and a fun novelty that I will totally keep using. If you don't have either, I'd probably go for the em6l. And with the new aria 2 out, shit, I think I like the aria 2 more than the em6l.
Interesting..resonance tube on the back of the single BA vs a tube on the front of the single BA debuted in the much maligned Warbler Prelude that Crin bashed awhile ago as the biggest rip-off in IEM history. Here done well at a much better price point than the $1000 asking price for the Warbler. As Z said it will fascinating to see where this tech goes in the ensuing years.
Nice review. 3:22 The "cube" thing is not just a hollow since it actually consists of a very fine labyrinth of tubes. It also features a crazy twisted path which is similar to the winding tubes which you pointed out just a brief moment before. The overall combined resonator tube length for the combo of the cube thing and the visible tube thing is a crazily long length of 77 mm which is somehow compacted into the shells of this IEM. The only potential issue regarding the MagicOne is that its specs indicate that it is as similarly hard to drive as planars. Using cheap DAPs probably is out of the question. Regardless, I am very interested in trying the MagicOne. Zeos, a question for you. Would you describe the MagicOne as an IEM which provides very nice details throughout and which at the same time has a comfortable overall sound signature for long listening sessions?

Single BA sets….. Well, Final Audio has their F Series and the B2 as well as some other stuff. I’ve never ventured heavily into all BA iem’s but I do own a couple of smaller count ones (3 and 4). Both have been wonderful but I would say that they do have some volume restrictions. They can get acceptably loud but you can’t push them beyond a certain point. I always figured that this was why some brands just threw more BA’s at the problem. Anyway, I’m curious about this set although I have heard whispers that it sounds wonderful but it does have volume and bass constraints.

That line port has been used in many speaker systems. Parts Express has a very popular diy kit speaker system that uses this same porting principle.

As the monitor is vert, it usually has a lot more tearing. Although some types of drivers can resolve that, at a cost of latency.
