I have a Honda foreman 500 es,, it starts and runs but it's stuck in 1st and wen I try to give it gas it backfires and stalls. Any suggestions?
Sounds like the carb could be dirty cutting it out. Try cleaning it out with carb cleaner and compressed air to make sure it’s clean.
@@ArcticFrost Thanks!, hopefully that works
Then I went from 75 mph top speed 290 mph to where I can keep up with a 450 TRX within two bike and I am running standard size not a 406 or 416 or 426 it's still 400 cc

Hi, i have a Yamaha raptor 350 and it backfires and dies often when I’ve been using it for half an hour more or less. Any suggestions? Thanks
Sounds like something is off with the air/fuel mixture. Could be the fuel pump not giving enough pressure or the carb is not adjusted properly or has some sort in it. It might run okay when it’s cold but when it gets warm it will cause it to act up.
@ I sent the carburetor away to be cleaned, as whenever I would try to start it with the choke it was a pain in the you know what. Perhaps since then could something not be right?
