I’m going to say it once again : best build you’ve ever done so far in my opinion. You took the best of both world and while I’m usually not a fan at all of the visible carbon fiber and big wings, on this car it’s almost a second nature, and you did it with great taste (OMG that midnight purple is incredible …) bravo Sir !
Always impressed and inspired by your vision and you and your team’s hustle and determination. Love the whole concept of the swap and the results speak for themselves! Thank you for this great series!!
Turned out absolutely stunning. You guys always amaze me with your creative, quick solutions that turn out looking great. This build was an insane amount of work and would be extremely difficult for even the most experienced fabricators, let alone having to deal with cancer at the same time. Just mind boggling. The three of you really accomplished something that you all can be proud of.
Noo broo the wheels looks small I would like little bigger wheels and tires and lower it little bit and bro there is smoke coming out of it idk why but it's bad
I imagine with some equal length exhaust manifolds into a big single it may be a bit closer In sound, would be interesting to see what that would sound like anyway!
I'm normally only an R32 fan, none of the others excite me, but this is spot on. Love it. As much as I previously commented that a dark gold or bronze wheel would look good on this, but these wheels suit it so much.
The BMW Fairlady Z use to be my favorite build ..... until now. Excellent job on this one. Kudos to you and the team on this one. This is one I'd love to own if I had the money.
So damn impressive what you guys are able to build out of that tiny garage. I really love this build. My favorite one you’ve done by far. Good job brotha…👊🏼
It looks really good. I know there has been hate on the Wheels. from me too. They look better with the new tyres, and even better when in motion. proud of you and where you have got too! Hi to the team, thanks for all your hard work and the support to give to chris. xoxo
I came across a reel of this on Facebook and someone in the comments mention B is for Build. I’ve just watched every episode on this build back to back and I’m blown away. It’s the sickest build I’ve ever seen so sick. It goes without saying I’m following the channel from now on and going through your other builds. Also I hope your health is going in the right direction, I’m sure I’ll get more updates as I watch some of your more recent content. I look forward to what’s to come.
Worth every single penny bro. I like that you are running the nitto invo tires. Some channels have not had such good things to say about them but I have had them on my RS7 for 5 years ever since I put 21” HRE’s and I love them. Sticky and they are the best looking tire I have ever seen.
This is an amazing build.... in Jamaica 🇯🇲 we say go hard or go home... and Chris you and team went hard!!!.... now a days when I tell my wife she's done a good job... she ask... like Oscar? 😄
Sweet job! And you can still keep making small improvements over time. Like carbon fiber door cards. I'm not really much of a fan of front splitters on the bumper corners, but I think you could get away with a couple modest sized ones on each side. In carbon of course and they would help extend the width of the front bumper to meet the width of the fenders, kinda help cover the tire sticking out past the bumper. The interior is great and the red in there is fine but when they wear out you can get them recovered to match the car better. Also wrapping the silver rims of the wheels midnight purp to match the car would make the wheels look much better. Such a killer car!
Watching this build from start to finish, seeing all the hard work and effort to make it the way we saw in this video has truly inspired not only me but the rest of the car community and I’m pretty sure the rest of the world that’s been following this project! It’s not at all about the money, it’s about staying determined through the all hurtles you u leap over in life to get make that vision a reality. Whether it be your dream car, dream college, or dream job etc. So happy for you guys and I honestly look forward to seeing more greatness from the team! Thank you so much for sharing greatness like this to the world! 1 Luv💯🙏💜
Great build. The car is beautiful. The wrap is amazing and I like how it changes from blue to purple in different light. I came across your channel on the 1st GTR build and was immediately addicted to that build and have been been subscribed ever since. GTRs are dream cars for me. I look forward to your next build, and I wish you well. Peace !
Currently stationed in Japan. And you're 100%. 7/11 in Japan is 100xS better!! I finally get to drive my R32 GTR again in about a week or so. I shipped her home last year.
I still think the 240/M5 is my favorite build but this thing is sweet. Really came together nicely. I’m sure you’ll continue to tweak it cosmetically over time and I can’t wait for those videos.
Man you've built a crazy SEMA Lamborghini transformer thing and stuffed an R35 into an R34 chassis all in the same amount of time my build has been sitting in my shop with the head torn off and the front end tore apart. You give me inspiration though, I'll get it where I want it eventually. Congrats man!
Been rocking with the channel way before the day you were laid off at your job. I remember that video where you basically had to make the choice look for another job or do this full time. You made the best choice! Keep these builds coming! Please do lots of videos of this car at track events its such an awesome car!
Chris. Thank you for this crazy build. I really enjoyed every single moment on this one. Its crazy to think that ive been watching your for years now. Heres to another one.
I would never sell this car. Not just because its one of a kind, but also because it also represents something that kept you going and not focusing on all the stuff that was going on behind the scenes medically. Absolutely beautiful build!
Y'all calm down: "Oscar did a great job" is a B is for Build channel meme. Maybe don't assume everything on the internet is meant with malice in some way? We're all here to have fun and watch the entire crew build cool stuff so maybe relax a little and think before you assume the worst and start hurling accusations
I have watched your videos since the 2j brz build you truly are inspiring, your love and passion has always shown with every build. Stay strong keep pushing and we always got ur back.
A lot of people mention the wheels, but I think the alignment is making things look a little unusual. Positive camber is making it look a little wonky, and some negative will pull those wheels and tires under the fenders a lot tidier. And as others have said, making the front of the fenders meet the bumper would make the front look much more finished. I'm a fellow Konig owner, and think they look great, but the black/polished lip look just dates them a little bit. Regardless, congrats on finishing what looks to be a super comfy build, and one thats sure to look amazing and be worth lots of dollas for a lifetime!
Best channel by far… been here since day one every 90s and early 2000s dream come true! With modern day r35 and street legal that’s legit. I’m the same way if it’s not legal why drive it daily and risk your chances been there done that. That legal part alone and your teams effort in labor of love is by far “priceless”. Another chapter in your life and memories for the entire world to feed upon. Inspirational content not just in for the subscribers! You push boundaries to next level goals! Can’t wait to see the next build. Hopefully the garage environment will never fade away. Makes your viewers connect one on one. My all time favorite content was the Evora. Lotus die hard haha. Praying you never shy away from your garage life. A big shop sometimes shys away people into thinking what you do comes easy. Hey but whatever happens pray the blessings of your health and crew to continue to further increase in good ways. Whether doing big things or small. God bless in all you stay stay healthy and strong thanks for always sharing your passion with your crew with the entire world on next levels!
Man, what an awesome unimaginable built. It’s old and new put into one. Great Job. If I had the money I’d love to built one like this. Just wow. Love it. Creative
I'm future builds could you include an estimation of the labour hours it took to build? Building a car yourself always works out cheaper than buying the same thing new (if that's even possible), so it'd be interesting to see the combination of both cost and time.

Man, never wanted this build to end. Now I have no more builds to watch on TH-cam. I want to see Japanese Tuners reactions to this build. Truly amazing. My dream car/build.
THIS R69 BUILD REALLY TURN OUT TO BE AN AMAZING CAR!! Wish I could build one too!! Hats off to all of yall and to you for not letting anything slow you down and pushing through the tough times, all while building your dream car!! Awesome work!!
Thanks Chris for another great build! Also for finishing builds and properly planning out your projects. Much appreciated from one engineer to another! Great project management
been following this whole build and it’s honestly my favourite of your builds ! honestly the whole time from photos the proportions have looked off ? either the wheels or the fitment. not sure why it just looked off ? but now realising that’s down to it being photos ! on film as a finished product it looks damn amazing. still not a huge fan of the wheels but god, it looks like a 34 gtr and i’m in love. well done guys ❤️ love from the uk
Beautiful car!!!! Lots of hard work and labor of love went in this build! My guess would be about three times $65k for the labor. Don't think you could have gotten all that custom fabrication for free! Great looking, wonderful, gorgeous fast and super useable build!!! GREAT Job to all the B is for Build team!!! Enjoy, be safe and have fun driving always!!!!
You also have to consider he did it for TH-cam so he was paid for that labor pretty decently maybe even more than what the labor and all the cost of the car was.
Agreed RB26 just sounds so good, although I'm not sure it would have been the best for this build as the guys strong suit is more on the fabrication side as opposed to tuning. So the V6 makes more sense from that perspective being plug and play for the most part
Sweet man, that's awesome. You should put a set of high lift cams in it. Like 272's.. get it to lope a little. Also not knocking it but it looks like the rear wheels sit in a little farther than the front.. maybe go with a little deeper offset on the back to even out the width of the front.
The only thing I would change is the door panels, they look great and are a solid solution but with the rest of the interior looking OEM+ I'd love to see them also be factory looking, obviously a huge job but I'd love to see it happen one day. I'm always endlessly amazed how well you can body swap these cars with such high quality work and even more amazed that it's road legal somehow haha
We share the exact same taste n cars, anything is possible for u guys, u make insane car dreams reality, there's no better channel n car culture or otherwise, u guys don't need fancy camera guy either, making Portland proud boys
@@nick.4. also why would anyone spend 65K to build the same car when you can just get a legit one or an r32 gtr in the US for the same price, maybe even for less than that $$ 🤔
Great work, looks great overall. I would look at improving the front fender bumper and door "flow" by making the front bumper flare out to meet the fender and some shroud at the end of the fender and start of the vents.

This is definitely a good build but I still think the 280z with the M5 power train was better
I agree 100%. Best build yet! Enjoy that beautiful machine!
Probably my favorite build, great job brother!
Agree with you
If it isn’t one of my favourite youtubers! Next project? 😂😂
I agree, I absolutely love it. My ONLY gripe is the small exhaust pipe tip, it should be wider. I mean that's literally nitpicking at it though.
Always impressed and inspired by your vision and you and your team’s hustle and determination. Love the whole concept of the swap and the results speak for themselves! Thank you for this great series!!

Being an R69, I still say you need to get a personalized plate that says "nice"
The licence plate would have to be ODANJ(Oscar did a nice job)
or R69 GTR probably wouldn’t be taken. I don’t know if they would allow it though.
"noice"

@@Zachiavellian its not one sided. Chris could respond via video or just dm him. Bullying? By stating that it isnt a good build? Get real.
@@nick.4.There is a good and bad way about addressing someone you don't know and Tommy absolutely choose the bad way
@@nick.4. also why would anyone spend 65K to build the same car when you can just get a legit one or an r32 gtr in the US for the same price, maybe even for less than that $$ 🤔
Great work, looks great overall. I would look at improving the front fender bumper and door "flow" by making the front bumper flare out to meet the fender and some shroud at the end of the fender and start of the vents.
One of the, if not THE COOLEST project in this channel IMO
Place that flat GTR badge you have in the front on the trunk and get a proper one for the front grill bro. Definitely coming along.
The R69 is freaking awesome, nice build. Came together beautifully.
It’s dope to see you go from working on crashed brz’s to doing this level of builds…another one!!!
It's nice to see all that hard work come together and look so good!
Looks great! Hopefully we get to hear it at WOT, imo needs new wheels and a bit lower but it looks amazing
gj dude i never thought through the series that the end result will be as good as this! bravo!
Given the difference in wheel to wheel specs, i think this turned out awesome. Great job, looks amazing!
The R69 is freaking awesome man! It turned out beautiful! I'd be proud to have that in my garage....
Congratulations on finishing the build! It turned out really nice! would love to see you guys do like a cars and coffee event with it.
