Hi PH. It just depends upon what you are looking for in a case, I guess. They are all a little different! My personal favorite right now is the Limitless 4.0...
Mous Clarity case with magsafe is really expensive and it not worth that price at all . I have gear4 clear case with magsafe, I m very happy with it and it not that expensive too, the build quality very very good !
Hi Mark! CASETiFY should be sending me out some of their lovely new MagSafe cases soon, so stay tuned! And hopefully Mous will get in more Limitless 4.0 Pro Max cases in stock soon!
Do not like the buttons on all mous cases. The gaps allow dust and debris to enter which will scratch the phone. My fave has got to be Rhinoshield. Definitely one of the best buttons and most importantly no gaps😅
Hi Timothy! RhinoShield makes great cases--I am a huge fan of their SolidSuit case. Great fitting cases with great buttons. And, as you point out, their button design doesn't allow in any dust. However, I think for most people dust incursion is not a big deal, unless you live or work in a really challenging environment. I personally have never noticed any problems with Mous cases allowing unwanted dust to get in, but I tend to keep my phone away from dusty or dirty places. Hope this helps, and thanks for watching!
Sorry, Damon...I guess I don't have very much lint in my pockets 😀 I honestly think that people's phone case experiences vary hugely depending on their environment, how they treat their phone, and other factors such as dry skin, sweaty hands, etc. One phone case might be perfect for some people and a terrible choice for others. Thanks for watching, and have a lovely day.
@@TheTechReviewer That’s surprising. I had a mous contour for my 11 pro max. There was certainly a good amount of dirt around and on the buttons on the iPhone. The only way dirt could have gotten in would be through the gaps at the case button cut outs. Had to keep taking the case off frequently to clean the dirt out as it worries me it could scratch the phone. I’m sure I’m not the only one facing this issue🥲
Enjoy your reviews. I love Mous cases mostly for the tapered edges that make swiping easier but I wish they would do the same for the bottom. I have a couple questions. Do you know of any other cases that have this tapered design, and is the inside of this case smooth or can you feel where the magnets are? Thanks.
Hi @Senseless! I can't think of any other cases right off that have the same lip design as Mous. And I don't think they could implement a lower bottom lip as well as a lower side lip and still maintain protection for the screen. As far as the MagSafe ring is concerned, you can feel it a tiny bit, but I don't think it is enough to scratch your phone. Of course, I am basing this only on the iPhone 12 Pro version I reviewed. It may be quite different for the iPhon 13 series... Hope this helps! Thanks for watching!
The case with the strongest MagSafe connection so far seems to be the ZEERA MagSafe Clear Case that I featured in my ZEERA 5-in-1 Charger Stand review. Here's a link to the case: zeerawireless.com/products/zeera-magsafe-clear-case
Its more expensive, than the apple case and offers really no better protection? Did I miss something? I really like Mous cases in general but this one is a little too similar. I'd would recommend a 4.0 case Instead. I'm disappointed in all of the new clear mous cases without the aeroshock bumper.
Hi Steve! I'm also a bit disappointed that the new Infinity is lacking the magic AiroShock green strip of power! However, I think that the Infinity should offer significantly better protection than the Apple clear case due to its higher lip around the screen, and non-open bottom area. It's a well made and protective case...just not as protective as the rest of Mous's lineup. If you want MagSafe and maximum protection, you will want to go with the Limitless 4.0. Thanks for watching!
One question, since you've changed cases so many times mostly due to all these reviews, under bright lights could you possibly check if your stainless steel band has micro scratches? (those very micro ones visible only under bright direct light). Thanks
Good question, Mark. So, looking carefully at my silver 12 Pro Max, there are a small number of tiny micro scratches on the stainless steel sides. But on my Pacific Blue 12 Pro, which gets used more than the 12 Pro Max, I didn’t see any. The same was true for my silver 11 Pro last year. It had some micro scratches on the sides by the end of the year when I traded it in for the 12 Pro...
@@TheTechReviewer same, my Gold 12 pro max has zero micro scratches anywhere in the stainless frame even under direct bright light, nothing at all and I inspected it literally for over 2 hours in all possible angles and lightning condition, zero micro scratches, not even a hairline mark. Same as your blue one?
Yep, that’s right. That special coating that the colors get is quite tough. The silver doesn’t have the coating, but I understand you can buff out scratches from the silver if they appear. That isn’t an option with the other colors.
Heya I forget where but on one of your comments in a video you say that you've been cleaning your iPhone religiously with alcohol wipes and that your olephobic coating has started to diminish. I do the same but my coating is pristine. Why did your coating start to thin out? Also I believe the back of all the pro models with the matte back glass do not have oleophobic coating.
Hi Mark! Yes, over the summer when I was in the US, I cleaned the heck out of my iphone 11 Pro with both alcohol wipes and clorox disinfecting wipes. I never noticed any issues with the phone itself (back and sides of the phone were unaffected), but the screen protector I had on the phone totally lost its oleophobic coating. It was the OtterBox Amplify--a great screen protector. I was sorry that the excessive cleaning had that effect! But I had been cleaning at least once daily, so that was quite a lot of cleaning for the poor screen protector to contend with...
@@TheTechReviewer if you check the apple cleaning guide on their website, only mentions oleophoic coating on the front screen for the iPhone 11 and onwards models. How about the coating on your 12 series since you still use alchol
@@TheTechReviewer Also, kindly read this article. It has been tested on an iPhone 8, and the oleophobic coating was unscathed. That's why your coating getting removed from cleaning shouldnt have happened?
Hi Pam! I think it offers a lot more protection than you are going to get with an Apple case. Apple's cases are attractive, but they aren't known for being very protective. Mous cases are! Even though this particular case isn't one of Mous's most protective cases, it is still quite protective and I think it is definitely going to beat out Apple's clear case. Thanks for watching!

Hi, does this case work with the magsafe wallet?
Yes! Gotta love MagSafe!
Wow! Very nice case! That’s more aforable that Apple clarity case, and looks amazing! 😍😍
Thanks so much, @NoliTo! The Infinity is a very attractive, functional and protective case. Appreciate your support!
It’s more expensive lol, the other mous cases are better build for the same price

Hi C Mun! So nice to hear about the Gear4 clear MagSafe case--I haven't gotten a chance to check those out yet. Glad you are happy with your case!
Review Casetify with magsafe 😄. Sad, Mous 4.0 for the iPhone 12 pro max out of stock

Which magnetic case have a stronger magnetic connection with the puck? Symmetry+ or this clear mouse? Thank you for your reviews!
Also out of all the MagSafe cases you reviewed, which would you think would have the strongest magnetic connection?
Hi Johnny! This Mous Infinity case seems to have a slightly stronger magnetic connection than the Symmetry Series+, but it isn't a big difference.

Could you please review Spigen ultra hybrid MagSafe case? TIA 😊
Thanks for the suggestion!
Hey, do you know if the spigen Ultra hybrid clear case or the Mous crystal clear case is more protective?
And do you know which MagSafe is stronger?
Hi! Sorry, but I don't have any experience with the Spigen Ultra Hybrid Clear Case, so I can't help you out with the comparison...
Can you review the uag lineup for the iphone 12
Thanks for the suggestion--I'll see what I can do!
Does it yellow after time?
Hi Adam! No long term use data here, but my guess would be that the back is not going to yellow, but the sides will, due to all the TPU there...
