After swtitinching from otterbox to mous i was surprised with how compact yet protected my phone was. Gone were the chunky case protectors, here i could hold my phone comrotrably, drop it from 6ft(my height) have it bounce on the cement and not a scratch ensued. I adore this case and feel so safe about my phone with it.
I switch phone cases all the time, I have several and switch back and forth with my mood, but I have a Mous case on my phone probably 90% of the time. They have survived some pretty hard falls. I really enjoy your tech videos by the way!
I've just purchased my first Mous case, ordered case for Samsung galaxy s20+ Half price for £21 but screen broke and insurance upgraded me to Galaxy S20 Ultra, contacted Mous customer services and asked to change it, offered to pay difference which was £24, but said owe nothing received new case this week. So far really pleased with it.
I bought the Limitless 4.0 case for my iPhone 12 Pro Max, since the Limitless 2.0 that I got for my iPhone 7 worked very well. Not even a month later, I find that the back of my phone is completely shattered. Needless to say, I was _very_ disappointed in Mous.
I got lucky with this case. I bought the case for my iPhone 12 mini back in 2021 and made arrangements to return it because I had sent back my 12 mini and was planning on getting the 13 mini to replace it. Mous sent me out a 13 mini bamboo mous case for free and I kept my original 12 mini bamboo case. I guess the mix up was due to the pandemic. I got back another 12 mini today so I'm using the original 12 mini case I purchased back in 2021 and when I get a 13 mini next year I'll use the 4.0 bamboo case for the iPhone 13 mini. Very pleased with these mous cases. Very beautiful and premium.

Okay, I've had a Mous case now, walnut, so I've been able to feel it out and test it a little bit. Wonderful case, very well made and seems to be very very durable. I found it to be a little bit slippery as opposed to my UAG case which I have now gone back to. UAG is not as established but seems to be making inroads and has developed a wonderful reputation of its own. Not only is protection from Falls and drops extremely important but the field of the case securely in my hand is one of the ultimate factors. I found that I like the UAG case better and that's what I've gone back to and think I will stay with!
i will look into the UAG cases. i use otter box because i have never had an issue with a phone breaking when dropped in an otter. but i bought these grippy pads to place in my normal grip areas because the otter is slippery imo.
@@lennchadful I imagine the UAG cases in the OtterBox are similar in most ways. I use the UAG plasma series as it has three layers of protection, looks great, and has a great grip. The monarch series is the most rugged with five layers of protection and is probably very similar to the top notch OtterBox series. It just comes down to which one you think looks best on your phone or has the best grip and the plasma grip is outstanding!

I’d say MagSafe is better used for accessories like wallets etc. Charging with the cable is probably quicker and better for not heating up the phone and ruining your battery in the long run.
Though I have a Caudabe Sheath for a case, I would say MagSafe is excellent. It’s more secure to wirelessly charge with but I love how you can add an accessory like a small power bank (several companies and Apple itself make em) and not have to have it awkwardly dangling with a wire. Though the battery life on my 13 Pro is amazing, it’s great to have as that backup
MagSafe isn’t just about charging, personally I like using my fast wired charger from Anker on my 12 Pro Max. But MagSafe has a ton of different uses now, like for you who sits at their desk quite a lot and edits and such, they make MagSafe stands, some of them even are also wireless chargers as stands too but even if you just want a bare bones stand they’re amazing, no clamps to worry about, won’t knock over etc. They also make car mount stands as well for GPS use or controlling your music. There’s MagSafe pop sockets or those grip rings you slide your finger through, wallets, mobile battery packs, etc. Belkin actually makes an amazing 3 in 1 wireless charging MagSafe stand, can charge your phone, Apple Watch, and AirPods all in one station, makes for an amazing bed side accessory. That accessory is the one reason I wish iPhones had the Always On Display like androids have because then it would look like a fancy digital alarm clock like the old days about a decade ago before they pretty much died out lol. But yea man definitely look into some MagSafe stuff there’s far more than just charging your phone and the 3rd party accessories are often even better and cheaper than the official ones apple makes lol. Belkin and Anker make the best charging stands if you end up interested in one of those and they’re fairly inexpensive on Amazon!
You are absolutely correct and that they go out of their way to publicize their cases but I still don't know if their cases are superior to others. I personally use a Urban Armor Gear case on my S21 Ultra and I feel real good about it but your video was very interesting to say the least. You are appreciated and have a friend in Columbus Ohio :-)!
UAG is really gone downhill with their 2022 phone cases. I got a pathfinder for my iPhone 14 Pro Max, but ended up with a dollar store TPU level protection, so-so quality case for the price of a high end case. It had minimal protection against the bottom of the phone and the top corner near the camera cutout which deforms and crushes with a minimal squeeze. Very disappointed after being very impressed with the overall quality and drop protection of their old S9+ Plasma case.

MOUS LIMITLESS 4.0 CASES BEING SLIPPERY - Can anybody here tell me their experience with these, in particularly how grippy they are? “Silver is for the kettle, and gold for the furnace, but The LORD is the tester of hearts- Bible” your heart is like discovered silver, dirty and not pure, when silver is purified it is melted over and over, to the point that when it’s melted and glows red hot, it is pure enough to see your own reflection in the puddle, so also does the LORD purify your heart, till HE can see HIS own reflection in it, seek the LORD and be reborn, ask The LORD to renew and restore you, repent and ask The LORD for HIS Salvation for those who seek will find and those who knock the door will be open unto them, no man is good, all are in need of salvation, Jesus died so that our sins will be wiped away and so that we could be made new, seek The Kingdom of GOD for if you would be wise you would be wise for yourself, pick up your cross and deny your flesh and follow the path of GOD, for The Kingdom of GOD is at hand, in JESUS MIGHTY NAME Amen and Amen
