Do the 15 and 16 have slightly different tabs when you take them off?

So I have a v6 white ford mustang what is that bar that is brased by a hose thats in the nose of the bumper oh I wish I new what to call it so I can order one

You mentioned the first time you broke the driver side mounting tab...so did I...but how did you fix it? All three tabs came of the cover on mine...
