5 days ago I was in lots of lower back pain after lifting a massive goose out of the oven stupidly...I started doing Tim's back pain sessions once a day and now I'm almost completely better! The reminder I needed that I need to practice regularly to maintain my body instead of just running (hobbling) to yoga to cure me when my back goes out! Thank you Tim, you're the yoga teacher everyone needs in their life!👍

Ahh I'm a powerlifter and had to stop squatting 18 months ago because of a compressive injury to my lower back. It's already a lot better but I have to take good care of it to keep it that way nowadays (and so that I can continue to lift). The difference now compared to before I did this video is huge honestly. It's just loosened up all the sticky places that get tight and locked up after my weight training and it feels amazing.
One day break and I've accomplished my one week. The back pain is gone, thankfully. Tim, you're a magician of well being. Thank you so much. Now I can start doind other lessons, keeping in mind all the attention I have to pay to keep a good posture during each position. Namaste
It's been almost one year since my last Yoga practice. Lesion, travel, surgery, moving to another city... and today I came back to the mat and having a severe problem with my lower back I selected this video. I missed it all and I am feeling great. I intend to repeat this lesson everyday during at least one week. I'll let you know.

Tim - my lower back has become seized up from every timyoe of yoga I've tried over the last few months, yin, restorative, Yang, slow flows.... they all irritated my lower back but this has made it feel happy again... will be doing this daily (with one day break as recommended). Thank you so much 🙏🏽

I am getting knee and hip shots. I was also starting to have back spasms at night. There have been very serious back compilations and surgeries with every member of my family. I have been doing yoga since I was 13 almost everyday. Simply put this yoga honestly made my whole back feel 100% better. I’m in. My back and knees feel differently then any other yoga, Physical Therapy or exercises I have done. I am 69. I experienced improvement immediately. Looking forward to my new daily routine. Thanks for this Tim. It’s really helped my gardening induced back pain. I’ve been doing this one for 4 months and it’s great. But, I’m not up to adding the associated strengthening video as yet. I’ve added the 8 minute knee pain video so that should help with the whole knee issue as well. I feel you are helping me grow healthily old! I’m just 70 and have been following you for sometime but I’m not consistent. Thankfully, you are very consistently provide relevant informative choices. Cheers
