Another great class! I appreciated taking a day to rest the upper body a bit and focus on the balance poses. I think balancing might be my favorite part of yoga.
No one told me this was going to be a balanced focused class. I gave my balance the weekend off and it showed. I will do better next time. Thank you, Tim, day 3 and counting!
I am doing day 3 and 4 together, right now. I absolutely loved this class. I loved the fact that this class did not focus on the upper body. It gave my shoulders a much needed rest and made my yoga practice even more effective.

Loved this - helped with morning stiffness. I enjoy your classes. I did struggle with the breath flow. 3 bouts of COVID have knackered my lungs. Could you do some more classes that focus on breath work please? I do find that although I struggle yoga breath work helps strengthen lungs.
Tim, this was a very nicely taught class, with options and encouragement to modify (as well as the ability for yogis who want to take an arm balance on their own). I must have skipped day 2, so I'll do day 2 tomorrow, no worries. I'm not hung up on doing the 30 days "on time" -- it's not what matters to me, it's just an overall nice way to start the year and get into a yoga mindset, no matter how many days it takes. Gotta admit, those sea gulls in the background were very well-behaved -- out here the sea gulls are very aggressive. 😎 Thanks, Tim, you're truly a nice person!
Loved this, challenging but gentle. One thing I always have issue with is keeping my foot on my thigh for tree pose, no matter how much I try to apply pressure to both, the foot always slides down my leg (unless I'm very sweaty) any suggestions? Thanks Tim! 🙏🏻

Use a wall or prop to help, and practice regularly : ) I have some great classes on the CMC to help with balance.
