It's interesting that caged birds like Budgies and Canaries have been domesticated for so long that they must now be like domestic birds, like chickens. I used to keep waterfowl when i was a kid and the domestic ducks were so much easier to keep than the wild ones, even the though they had been born in captivity. Thats evolution.
