Wonderful video. I love how you put the names of the different birds with their pictures. I am no longer able to keep birds. Thank you for allowing me to enjoy yours.
What a gorgeous array of birds... love all the colours... my husband and I are just starting out with finches... and we love the size of your aviary... Cheers for sharing..
It’s always a pleasure to watch your videos. I actually managed to get an albino chick from my society finches that I’m extremely proud about after a pretty bad season with my other finches . My fife fancy canaries have produced 3 chicks so far & the female is sitting on eggs again
Wonderful collection of birds. I had no idea you could keep so many different varieties together without bullying. Is this because you have such a large enclosure and lots of hiding places? Beautiful aviary!
Thank you very much🤩 It is both because of the size and plants - but mostly because I chose different bird species that do well together under the conditions I can provide. I could mess it all up by introducing few birds of the wrong species.
I have a question... how do you catch the ones you bring indoors in winter in such a large aviary¿? I suppose you don't do it by hand. In a cage it is easier, but in an aviary with so much space...
Hi! Most I catch using two bird traps or simply in cages where I lure the birds in with food. Few birds I catch by net when the sit in the small shelter. But not easy and sometimes I simply cant catch the ones I need to get 😅
Another question. Isn't it a problem to have so many different species in one aviary¿? I mean, in nature many of the species you have together don't share the same geographic region and even if they did, when they are free, they can fly away. Having them together in an aviary, if there is any bullying or aggression they can't really escape. I have the same situation with snapping turles. I must keep them separate because they are in smaller tanks and if they attack each other or even just try to mate, the other one can't escape and they can hurt each other. Here in Valencia, in a park there are two aviaries, one for canaries and finches and the other one for parakeets and agapornis. They are not together as they would hurt each other in the end.

Thank you soo much for your wonderful content! You have the most beautiful birds i have seen. I love your aviary style. Soo natural and big. Thank you again
Thanks😊 Not in the big aviary as they would destroy too much plants and finch nests etc. But, I have few lovebirds with my chickens, cockatoos and budgies.
Hello from the UK. I particularly like your finch aviary. Sad to hear about your clear eggs but I had a similar experience last year. You've had some lovely chicks and I've really enjoyed watching your videos.
Thank you very much. Most species go indoor in my bird house and some chicks are sold. Finally, some stat out all year depending on how cold the winter is. I put up infrared heat lamps in the shelter wich help the birds keeping warm. I have actually never had problems with the low temperatures. 😊
Sir I have cockatiel pair from 2 years albino * lutino. 2 months back I saw they were mating, I think that was there first mate but didn't lay eggs. Give me some suggestions for breeding
Hi! Did you provide a good and large bird nesting box? Do they have calcium (to produce eggs). Perhaps they laid eggs but eat them? That happens sometimes if the birds are stressed 😉👍 If you already have provided all this and they have enough space in the cage/aviary - just give them more time 🤞
Congratulations on your breeding success and sharing a video of your wonderful birds. What type of worm are you feeding your birds , it’s the white ones. I don’t think they are the mealworms. Thanks
Hi Alex Thank you very much 😉 You are correct - it is “pinkies” (not the mice). You can see it all in this video: What I feed my aviary finches and softbills | Food for breeding birds | Bird Aviary food | S1:Ep13 th-cam.com/video/lXiknqbe40U/w-d-xo.html

Excuse me sir, can you tell me what the white soft long strips of food are? Are they insects or some kind of beansprout? I breed white rumped shama, Common and White vented Myna birds, laughing thrushes, bulbuls, Silver eared Mesia, leaf birds and a few other species. They get softbill pellets, mealworms, superworms, waxworms, insects that get into their aviary, hard boiled egg, rice, and occasional gecko. I live in Thailand so the climate is perfect for them too. Your video was amazing. I would like to move to the UK and make something like that. I have started to get interested in Gouldian Finches and can imagine a big aviary full of them.. with perhaps, some zebra doves and Roul Roul partridges.
Sounds like you have a lot of wonderful birds too!! And sounds like you feed them very well! 👍 The white ones are “pinkies”. Pinkies are the larvae of the Green bottle fly. I buy them frozen and all birds love them. Hello from New Zealand Torben. I see you seem to have some Zebra finches in the big aviary, if so how do you control their crazy breeding, maybe you just have males ?. Did I also see some Roul Roul ?
