BLANK WHITE SCREEN actually it doesn't really look dull! It's pretty great to use! I just got this phone yesterday, and it's very amazing compared to other Samsung phones! I think you shouldn't really believe the horrible ratings that much.

maisha muhu the phone is doing that so that your cheek/ear doesn't touch anything on your phone screen and maybe end the call by mistake.
I am using a j6 right now and I just wanted to suggest that you can get the screen back by placing your registered finger on the fingerprint sensor to unlock your phone, if have enabled the fingerprint unlock option. The sensor takes a very short time to respond so I don't think it should be much trouble unlocking the phone when on a call :)
