- Samsung Galaxy J6 Infinity is a budget smartphone with vibrant sAMOLED display. But what more does it offer? Find in this Samsung Galaxy J6 review.
The Galaxy J6 is a decent smartphone, which comes with the 5.6-inch Super AMOLED display. The handset is encompassed by narrow bezels on the top and on the bottom and it also comes with the 18.5:9 aspect ratio in the display. Because of the infinity display, the phone got the name as Samsung Galaxy J6 Infinity. The infinity display on the handset features HD+ (720×1480 pixels) offering a pixel density of 294PPI.
The smartphone is powered by an Exynos 7870 chipset aided by either 3GB or 4GB of RAM. Talking about the storage provided, the Samsung J6 comes in two variants: one with 32GB of onboard storage and another one with 64GB of internal memory. With this setup, the smartphone offers a performance, which is quite mediocre for the price. Normal apps and games run fluently on the device. However, when heavy or the graphics intensive games or apps are run on the Galaxy J6, it starts to misbehave. The behavior of the handset while playing high-end games are accumulated in the Samsung Galaxy J6 Gaming Review part of the video.
Since the Samsung smartphones are renowned for their appealing cameras, the camera on the Samsung J6 was also a bit of a question. With the 13MP back camera and 8MP front camera, the smartphone seems to outstand other smartphones in the similar bracket. Talking about the price, the Samsung Galaxy J6 is priced $205, which is equivalent to Indian rupees INR 13,990 and Nepali Rupees NPR 22,500 for the 3/32GB variant. Similarly the 4/64GB variant costs $245, which is equivalent to Indian rupees INR 16,490 and Nepali Rupees NPR 26,500. However, the Samsung Galaxy J6 Price in Nepal is Rs. 24790 for the 3GB/32GB variant and Rs. 29,090 for 4GB/64GB variant. So when seen side by side, the price in Nepal seems slightly overpriced. This is basically due to the cancellation of VAT return convenience by the Nepal government. Nonetheless, there is also a Ncell package on the purchase of the handset, which cannot be easily be ignored.

The phone is very good at performance and gaming it last battery nice up to a day of normal usage and up to 10hrs of gaming
Nice phone I am using nearly 2 months......standard phone...Nice screen......comfort to use .......if I play games no heat issue.....genuine phone for official users....
I've had a J6 for 4 years now which on the whole has given me fairly good performance but two things have let mine down severely is the fact that after a out a year the charging point has got increasingly worse to connect and I have to really shove it home with great force and then off to one side and jam it up against something immovable ad second is the dreadful camera which doesn't shut off the autofocus so it is hit and miss whether I can take a focused shot. I have to time it and click to take a shot with it just coming out of no focus. This has been the case ever since I had the phone. It may be my set up though as I have read favourable views. The fact I might lose my data and contacts because of the difficulties of charging I had to get a new phone. I must reiterate that this is just my phone and not a reflection of this phone in general I beleive. A good reasonable priced start phone though.

It is really disappointing that Samsung doesn't provide ambient sensor to its mid range phones. Adjusting brightness every now and then is not so pleasing at all.

Hai when connecting Samsung J6 with Bluetooth device,sound out come from blue tooth speaker is low for this model phone .Any remedy for this issue. My other Samsung phones is having nice sound out come from the same blue tooth speaker. Kindly reply.
We didn't have that issue on our review unit. So we don't know what to say here. Visit the service center and tell them about your problem. They might have solution for it.

Both are not so good for gaming.
The Samsung J6 isn't bad and the price for it isn't bad in my opinion, in the Philippines I got it for about 12,500 pesos which would be about $230 in the U.S.
It's a good phone indeed but the competitors are offering better ones.
