You missed one: the gold bansai bill from New Super Mario Bros. 2. If you grab a gold ring, all banzai bills become gold and produce coins from it’s back as it travels forward.

my favorite interpretation of bill comes from the cameo in smash melee/ultimate.

banzai bills are likely VERY explosive.

You forgot the golden banzai bill and bullet bill from new super Mario bros 2. They leave behind a trail of coins as they fly. The gold banzai bills are much sleeker and appear more aerodynamic than the regular banzai bills, which are rounded.
Also, I’m going to say that the one in Mario 64 might actually a bulls-eye banzai bill, because in every other game bullet bills only have eyes and arms. Banzai bills are the ones with the mouth.
Then for sunshine, I wonder if the nickname “Missile Mark” fits, because it is similar to an airborne Torpedo Ted.
Edit: For the cat bullet and banzai bills, they behave similar to the only bullet bill in Mario 64. They will follow the player, but they will also explode when they touch anything, defeating other enemies and destroying brick blocks.
