Thank you dear Master and Grandmaster for mentioning trusting and developing methods that boost our natural immunity. I’m so grateful to have been a martial artist (taekwondo, kungfu & gigong) from when I was 19 yrs old. I’m almost 50 now and have birthed and raised 6 wonderful children who are also martial artists.I’m more fit than my grown children and attribute my physical and mental strength to years of dedication to these arts. I love how Master Jaing apologizes for his poor English but then says if you have a hard time understanding firstly he wants to say he doesn't care. So good
Thank you so much to the two masters. Both always speaking with great kindness and sincerity. In each conversation, new learnings. Happy for the opportunity to learn. May everyone enjoy it like me. Gratitude.

I listened to this yesterday & found it helpful in a way to understand the breadth of the Shaolin Temple Europe. Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan is refreshingly honest, practical and often humorous. Master Shi Hing Ye is always congenial and moves like a panther in his practice. That is compelling. Grandmaster I have not seen practice. I look forward to it. I'm happy there are a few more talks & that the initial bad manners toward Grandmaster did not stop him from this endeavor. Thank you both for your time. I practiced various qigong styles but have not had the solid understanding Master Shi Hing Ye gives. I look forward to learning more and some day coming to Germany to learn extensively in person despite my age. It is never too late.

So I just discovered Master Hashim a couple of days ago on TH-cam and have been completely mesmerized by his energy. I also have been doing Shi Heng Li’s videos for about 2 years and just accidentally came across this video! How amazing! Thank you and much love! ❤️
Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan and Master Shi Heng Yi I am deeply grateful for your sharing of such profound yet simple wisdoms with such patience, compassion and extreme respect. Your ripples radiate across Mother Earth and touch so many Minds & Hearts. Thank you. Brightest Blessings 🙏💖🙏🌍🌎🌏
I watched without expectations. 🙏🏻Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan and Master Shi Zheng Yi for your enlightening dialogue, energy, & knowledge. My nearly 100 year old friend guided me to the idea of Qigong in 2021. I knew the very first day mimicking the movements, slowing my mind and body, focusing on my breath that this was special and I need it. My history as a gymnast for 15 years developed a small part of me. This summer while snorkeling 🤿 I realized something has definitely gone wrong with my breathing. I’m convinced it is stemming from autonomic nervous system change. I’ve allowed my sympathetic system to take over. I’m searching for a method or system and confident the path of exploration will present. I can tell I’m getting closer. 😀 you also made me smile and laugh so thank you!
It is the first time I have seen and heard Grand Master Jiang Yu Shan. His ideas, the way he puts his finger in the right place is the true knowledge of someone who knows and learns the deep path of learning. It was not to teach you how to breathe or learn more about Qi Gong. This was to learn to respect the “person” we want to call our Master, or who we desire to be our Master. This is a great reflection for many "masters" who call themselves such and who do not know what they teach and end up deceiving that they are close to them. Martial Arts is Art "this is personal, is like you drawing a kanji" Martial is war, life/death, the way we look at Martiality may be different and give us the connotation we desire, life/death, war/peace, love/hate and even inhale/exhale. But without losing the main idea of martiality. For me today I learned that when I try to transmit to my students a little of what I have learned from Shifu Shi Heng Yi, I have to have the ability and in-depth knowledge of what I am giving, and for that I have to train and train and deepen my knowledge . Indeed, today was a day to learn to look at ourselves and what we call ourselves and teach and how we teach. Thank you very much for the realistic and profound words. And yes I believe that in Japan the Great Masters were all lost, I believe I was lucky to have known and learned from one of them and today I leave my mention to him, to my Master Tetsjuji Murakami, a thank you, because every day I follow the My way, I learn more that you knew what you taught, that's why you were the introducer of Karate-do, Aikido and Kendo in Europe, and I see today that you had a profound knowledge of what breathing is and how we should breathe and work our energy. You had the knowledge. Thanks to Shifu Shi Heng Yi for granting us this tea moment. Thanks to Master Jiang Yu Shan for your words, and this tea moment.
I am so very grateful for your wisdom and very talented comunication. The lessons make so much sense in an uncomplicated way. Its as if I have been carring large heavy padlocks of confusion. Everytime I have tried to remove a confusing burdenensome lock with the typical american philosopies and explanations..instead of opening .the pad lock would replicate and I would end up twice as confused and bearing twice the metaphorical weight of my original problem. When I listen to your lessons it is like a perfect key that effortlessly removes the barrier of confusion and turns the exhausting heavy unnecessary cumbersome burden that I have been unbalanced with into enlightenment that literally makes my physical self lighter ,graceful , energetic, calmer, and at peace with myself. Thank you for your nice words.🤗🕺🙏
This information definitely did find the right person So much wisdom shared from two great masters of fighting for Peace, we need now more than ever Many many thanks to you both
This conversation was so rich in wisdom. Thinking for oneself, being wise in selecting teachers of the arts, proper use (taking and releasing) of energy, protection of one's energy, and more... Thank you both, Master Shi Heng Yi and Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan sincerely for kindly sharing your thoughts and wise advice. Definitely look forward to relistening and watching future conversations!
So appreciated this first live conversation between Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan and Master Shi Heng Yi - such extensive knowledge, wisdom, charm and sense of humor! ❤️ Especially loved your respect for each other as well as for your guests, regardless of our level of experience or commitment to the martial arts. Please do continue the series - and yes, 🙂I do hold my breath when I bend over to tie my shoes! THANK YOU! 🙏
Thank you Master Hashim for pointing out when learning, make sure you are learning from a true teacher…not someone that is just mimicking something they saw on YT… These so-called teachers are lying to themselves… when you teach from the heart… you can tell… you can feel it that that teacher is giving their all for the right reason.
As Master Jiang delivers, don't assume too much.... open mind with open heart with no frame to accept any form of methods, appearance and step of the ways. Ease your mindset and soul, your acceptance will bring you to go and beyond. Learning is unlimited in our life everyday. The beautiful sky is the limit
Dear Venerable Monk and Grandmaster, We are gardeners in a war. Thank you for this talk. It is a great help for me. I wholeheartedly agree with you. I am full of love for you. I too believe in the power of Taiji to heal the world, taught properly. I feel profoundly blessed to have found your site. I am inspired to go on this journey with you. Thank you so very much for your hard work, risk taking and dedication. Hooray!
Superb! My two favourite Masters of QiGong and Martial Arts are together in one mind, and this mind will change our broken world one piece at a time, heart by heart. As said by certain ancient masters "the first virtue of the path is Discrimination!" ... Choose the right teacher and practice the right methods, with devotion. Everything will change for the better. This is the Way.
Oh My Refreshing! Thank You and so nice to meet you Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan. Good to hear someone be specific in addressing balance for body, mind and soul.🌝 Lucky to find Master Shi Heng Yi and this channel a couple months ago
With greatest respect and thank you so much for Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan and the Headmaster Shihengyi promote the Shaolin spirits and selfness guidelines and knowledge to the practicers self-mastery training in different countries all over the world. I understand more the breathing techniques skills, basic Martial Arts and knowledges, their experiences and enthusiasm and kind words to encourage the practicers building our mindsets, awareness and benefits for our lifetime achievement. They are and their beloved families are blessed with everything for their benevolence and generous shares 🐉🐲🌲💪🌟✨💫🤞🥰🙏
Thank you Jiang Yu Shan. I liked to listen to the story of your life, especially from the aspect practicing outside of an monastery and without living a monk's life.
Thank you both for sharing your talk with the TH-cam community Sifu Shi Heng Ye and Shifu Jiang Yu Shan. I hope to be able to meet both of you or at least one of you once traveling overseas is once again made available to everyone, and I would cherish the opportunity to be able to train under your instruction in person in the traditional hands on approach. I've always considered that martial arts, as a physical practice, is best taught in person when training and I would be incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to do so with either of you as my teachers. I have been very pleased with the benefits of the Qi Gong that I have picked up from your resources on TH-cam and it has aided me in my other fitness and training efforts as well. Thank you again and blessings to you both 🙏 🙏 Brad Cairns
Exceptionally wise conversation!! Thank you dear Shifus. Especially when the Master said about trusting your own immune system and strengthening it instead of injections! Thank you 🙏 sometimes I feel so lonely in promoting health from the inside. I am so thankful to hear that from the real masters too. 🌞🤗
Amazing conversation by two masters. Everything shared was on point yet the highlight for me starts after 1:04:00. Time to realize that we have to stick together during these times of separation. Learn about natural ways to heal the body and remember that our immune system is stronger than any foreign chemical that we are being sold. Blessings to both and light to all
When he is saying "Japan has no grand master anymore" ( 42:35 ), this is so wrong. they don't have GRANDEGOS but they do have true GRANDMASTERS. Many humble and lesser known in Okinawa and many other remote parts of Japan. There are even Chinese kung fu grand master in Japan. Saying such things is just deplorable. Japan has a population of 125 million people and I'm pretty sure this dude doesn't know a few of them yet.
I agree with your comment. It seems very broad for him to say they all drink alcohol. breathe from their throats, and will eventually get cancer. I am not sure why there are only positive comments here when I thought Jian Yu Shan was a little bit condescending and defensive. I think any critique is getting deleted. Still, it was good to a different perspectives.
@@jeffb8824 The worse is that when I pointed that out in the comments, instead of apologizing for talking too fast or without much thinking, he added insult to injury by asking me to name a few Japanese Grandmasters... Now that I named so many will he say they all don't deserve the title or apologize or just don't answer anymore?
I am sure there are many japanese Grandmasters and japan has produced the best fighters in the world '' including the Gracie hunter '' perhaps claiming oneself as a master is in and of itself a block ' best to let everything.go
Thank you Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan and Master Shi Heng Yi for sharing wisdom and old knowledge and insights to all of us.this was very helpful for me!
Thank you for this wonderful presentation. From it, I take away the knowledge I am on the right path. All the disciplines combine, the ability to calm the mind, strengthen the body and its natural defenses and to survive these turbulent times. The true warrior stands in the fire with a keen mind and tender heart. My respect and gratitude to you both. ❤️
This serves to express my 100 fold gratitude for this brought topic that you handled with humility and clarity. We need more topics that approach our being and appearance authentically on different platforms. Gran Master Jiang Yu Shan & Shi Heng both of you have the ability to speak of the unspeakable truth which all human services had kept as secret. Teachers in all traditions of living for millions of years have returned to being with the golden disc in their hand 🖐. Every bit of your ancient teachings is showing us to live with our selves with truth and impacability. Thank you.
I'm so grateful to hear this conversations, and the common sense and natural ways and principles of shoalin, chi gong and the martial arts as a way of life. Thank you both for the amazing and surely masterful teachings. So much inspiration !! Ive been in recovery from addiction and this destructive way of life for over 13 years, and it was so difficult, but many of the hard, practical lessons that I have learned are in alignment with so many principles of ancient ways of living and I want to get back to training martial arts again. I exercise and practice yoga, and I have practiced karate, and aikido, as well as kick-boxing... I want to learn Budo arts, but I think the shoalin and tai-chi would be sufficient for this way of living the philosophy.
First I want to thank for this talk broadcast and wish to let you know that I appreciate all your uploads. Some of them explaining deeper aspects of the practice. As a Dancer since the age of 5 I got interrested in ChiGong at the age of 30 and practice it since then. Today I am working as a Movement Therapist combining Arts and various ways of Expression. My work as a Therapist is sometimes very exhausting. Without my daily chigong exercise I would be burned out long ago. I have learned from your videos various precious knowledge. Ba Duan Gin is one of my favorites. Chi Gong helps me to restore my own balance and clean my mind and body bèfore and after work. I am sure Your videos are very helpful for many people who do not wish to be kung fu warrior's , but simply want to to stay healthy, exercise Chi Gong and expend their inner strength. Thank you 💚
Greatly appreciated conversation...it's comforting to hear the truth from elders. Sad that most young men/women grow with a burning desire for the arts only to find out their "teacher's" are full of BS. Priceless opportunities wasted on greed and ego. Thanks again.
Saved this, there's a lot of good points in here, anyone who hasn't watched entire thing can watch it again, as a young man myself, I think you should download this, 2nd time round here we go 😮
Absolutely right what Jiang Yu Shan says! I also constantly stop my breath, no matter what I do... the more tension, the more superficial and less I breathe. It is very difficult to breathe consciously all day. But, I started the 12 month self mastery program a few weeks ago and am working on it.
In diesem Sinne Glg JJ🙏🌊❣
I am most joyous of the quality of discussion, subtlety in concept of fundamentals, and good will towards humanity. I do believe you can help me and so many as I need to be the warrior in the garden, rather than the basic gardener of fundamentals in the war that is currently raging. 🙏🏻 Christian
OMG, this talk is so powerful , is so eye opening . Is the best gift to me , Jiang Master answered all my questions that I never knew how to ask . This talk really found me (the correct person) even the shoe lace was mentioned, amazing. Some of the words are like slap in the face which has the awaken effect, I found it very refreshing. BTW Master Jiang's English is good enough to convey the teaching but his Mandarin is superb. I am GRATEFUL to you both masters SHI and Master JIANG.
@@viidakkomehu9533 I always try to learn from people, especially if they have more knowledge than me. After I have learned something I implement it in my routine or life. Through own experiences I might change this or that. Both sifus devoted countless hours to martial arts, That’s why they are role models.Maybe not for you, but for me 🙏
@@FabianKreutzerSound u can also learn from them what not to do, dont forget that. Even if they do something, doesnt mean automaticly that its a good thing.
I was so fortunate and an honor to find this presentation. These are many of the questions I had and I hope then I will be worthy to continue. Thank you for your time!
Thank you very much for this interesting and helpful tea talk, Grand Master Jiang Yu Shan and Master Shi Heng Yi. I will surely focus on my breathing when I'm not practicing QiGong, (which is 23,5 of 24 hours a day) I''m really greatfuf for this impulse!
One thought that came to my mind instantly when Shi Laoshi talked about the connection between kungfu/practice and people‘s minds: If you can embrace emptiness, you will experience fullness. If you try to fill up your emptiness, you will never succeed. Physical excercise helps people to embrace emptiness. That is what I am feeling. If I have finished an excercise I feel empty in my heart, and this is a wonderful feeling, it is a new Kind of fullness. How is it like that? There is something inside of peoples hearts that makes us always want more, it’s the „desire“ that makes us unhappy. In training, there is no place for this desire. So it becomes weaker through training. And this makes me feel empty, and happy. This is how I experience it.
Finally I know for sure I'm understanding that what my first Master learn me is correct. I don't have to try too explain. I will encorperate into my martial art the correct way. Thank you both fore taking the time to eksplain this. I'm going to continue too foolow your advise. I hope too become a good trainer in the future. And some day met you both. So that I really can teach the right way.
Master Shi Heng Yi you have good Master -Jiang Yu Shan and I believe that you can give together good guidance especially to the young people to develope sence of balance between mind and body that can lead them to axes their inner voice......one day I would like to show you and your master a special place where ONENESS on many levels was accomplished.......it opened the WAY for......

Dear Shifu, Please can you send me reply on my email.I need to know if I can do Yi Jin and Xi Sui Jeng together. Which do I first Yi Jin or Xi Sui Jing.
I've poured concrete for 20+ years. I don't know much about martial arts. Although, I know what Kung Fu is and understand that I've used it for years. I understand what you mean by energy and breath, motion and rhythm. Not using muscles unless they need to be used. Being humble because anything can go wrong at any time. As I get older the more I am interested in Chinese medicine and Kung Fu. I want to last forever!
Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan and Master Shi Heng Yi, thak you for lighting my way. I really appreciate the responses and calls for attention that your words have been for me.
Dear Master and Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan; Grandmaster: You are very genuine, honest, open and straight forward. This is the first time to listen to your tea talk. Thanks for your time and advice. I hope we can hear you more.

This information definitely did find the right person
So much wisdom shared from two great masters of fighting for Peace, we need now more than ever
Many many thanks to you both
Master shi, your energetic signiture is pristine in every way during this video. thank you 😇🙏👑
This conversation was so rich in wisdom.
THANK YOU! 🙏
Thank you Master Hashim for pointing out when learning, make sure you are learning from a true teacher…not someone that is just mimicking something they saw on YT…
These so-called teachers are lying to themselves… when you teach from the heart… you can tell… you can feel it that that teacher is giving their all for the right reason.
Both of you instructors a blessing of understanding within humanity. Here's our gratitude.
Dear Venerable Monk and Grandmaster,
We are gardeners in a war.
Hooray!
This is just perfect, two teachers both willing and able to pass on the knowledge to those who will listen and learn from you.
What can a poor man give?
1. Knowledge
2. Compassion because love is das basis of morality
Very enlightening speech, and a very mature way to discuss , thank you for sharing
I'm so excited to listen to this. Thank goodness for both of you and thank you for the opportunity
Thank you for your honest , sincere and thorough explanation
Oh My Refreshing! Thank You and so nice to meet you Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan. Good to hear someone be specific in addressing balance for body, mind and soul.🌝
Lucky to find Master Shi Heng Yi and this channel a couple months ago
I encountered your channel only recently. Thank you both. To me, your teachings are about disciplining body and mind to live healthy life.
Thank you Jiang Yu Shan. I liked to listen to the story of your life,
especially from the aspect practicing outside of an monastery and without living a monk's life.
Thank you each for sharing the truth and history lessons of the journey of life and choosing a healthy lifestyle🙏🏾
Thank you again and blessings to you both 🙏 🙏

🙏🏾🕯This information was very insightful! Appreciated deeply all efforts and honest openness . Thank you 🙏🏾
Exceptionally wise conversation!! Thank you dear Shifus. Especially when the Master said about trusting your own immune system and strengthening it instead of injections! Thank you 🙏 sometimes I feel so lonely in promoting health from the inside. I am so thankful to hear that from the real masters too. 🌞🤗
Extremely good medicine for today, an unexpected joy, or something pretty darn close at a time like this. Thank you.
Amazing conversation by two masters. Everything shared was on point yet the highlight for me starts after 1:04:00. Time to realize that we have to stick together during these times of separation. Learn about natural ways to heal the body and remember that our immune system is stronger than any foreign chemical that we are being sold.
Blessings to both and light to all
Thank you so much guys! It was fantastic.
Your videos have helped me through the hardest time in my life. Thank you
When he is saying "Japan has no grand master anymore" ( 42:35 ), this is so wrong. they don't have GRANDEGOS but they do have true GRANDMASTERS. Many humble and lesser known in Okinawa and many other remote parts of Japan. There are even Chinese kung fu grand master in Japan. Saying such things is just deplorable. Japan has a population of 125 million people and I'm pretty sure this dude doesn't know a few of them yet.
Truth works far and lives long:
Let us speak das truth.
He who speaks only das truth and nothing false is a Buddha
Please name some Japanese grandmasters
I am sure there are many japanese Grandmasters and japan has produced the best fighters in the world '' including the Gracie hunter '' perhaps claiming oneself as a master is in and of itself a block ' best to let everything.go
Thank you for sharing this conversation!
Thank you.
Amazing content thank you both for being the lighthouse in this world of so many darkness. 🙏
Thank you for sharing your insight. Deep gratitude to both of you 🙏
First I want to thank for this talk broadcast and wish to let you know that I appreciate all your uploads.
Master Jiang spoke every well English and well delivered. Very proud of you
Saved this, there's a lot of good points in here, anyone who hasn't watched entire thing can watch it again, as a young man myself, I think you should download this, 2nd time round here we go 😮
🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿 Thank you Both for this share!
Absolutely right what Jiang Yu Shan says! I also constantly stop my breath, no matter what I do... the more tension, the more superficial and less I breathe. It is very difficult to breathe consciously all day. But, I started the 12 month self mastery program a few weeks ago and am working on it.
Danke Shifu❣🙏😉
In diesem Sinne
Glg JJ🙏🌊❣
Great wisdom & calming talks from both masters!! Thank you a lot!! 🥰👍👍🙏🙏🙏
You have no idea just how ecstatic it makes me to see you two connecting with one another! Please continue this relationship!
Well worth the time to watch. Great insights and advice. Gentlemen, thank you for your time. Well spoken, even if English is not your first language.
I have much respect for both masters. They are role models who deserve the word „sifu“. 🙏
Self-veneration is das ultimate form of respect
@@satnamo 👍🙏
lose the gurus, u dont need em. Trust yourself, whatever it means. And btw these two sheng and jiang are total noobs.
Gratitude 🙏🏼 and appreciation to both of you, for taking the time to share your knowledge and thoughts.
Such brilliant honesty & humility, thankyou both SO much. So impressed, so valuable.
Great collaboration from 2 vastly experienced and different Masters. Looking forward to what is to unfold over coming time. Many thanks.🙏🙏
Love from India🇮🇳 to both of you❤
Interesting, inspiring, enjoyable. Thank you for inviting me into your Temple of spiritual opening.
Namaste 🙏
To sit in a room quietly with no distraction is the simplest of
recipes ;
to recognize what we are not.

Dear Shifu,

lose the gurus, u dont need em. Trust yourself, whatever it means. And btw these two sheng and jiang are total noobs.
Master shi master shan thank you for much knowledge this year .. and beyond knowledge, unknown guidance upon my own spiritual paths...
Thank you so much 🙏🏾I have truly appreciate your time, energy and wisdom.

Dear Master and Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan;
Grandmaster: You are very genuine, honest, open and straight forward. This is the first time to listen to your tea talk. Thanks for your time and advice. I hope we can hear you more.
