Bro.... Doubt is if no load in working jib but load available in counter jib... In this case how this seesaw moment Is being balance condition
same doubt
You can load without counter weight but can't move the load up down or sideways thats when the counter weight comes in to picture. Counter weight doesn't move so moment is zero and its always close to the tower so it doesn't fall
They design the crane in such a way that if there is no load in working jib the self weight of the working jib isbti be considered and the counter weight is designed accordingly since the counter weight is near to the cabin the moment from it will be equal to the moment from the other end
the moment created by the counter jib will be considered while designing the crane.in no load,the mast will be strong enough to withstand the net unbalanced moment due to counter jib without failure.
You know very well about seasaw diagram without load crane balanced by the jib distance bro. The crane designed as a neutral cop
