Personally, I loved the two-minute warning to wrap-up, collect my notes so I know where I left off when I come back, and a reminder to take care of my body and give my mind a break. If you don't have the volume cranked it won't startle you. Thank you Jody for giving us both versions - to each his own!

This video has changed my life. I am a person that has a lot of trouble focusing on something for a long period of time, my mind starts to wander, I get uneasy quickly, I cannot sit down for more than 30 minutes and work without getting distracted somehow. This video has changed everything for me, every single time I put my headphones on and play this I get the most exquisite beautiful focus I've ever experienced, I feel like more people should know about the power of binaural beats. No drugs, no pills, just good frequencies and it's unlimited. Thank you so much. You deserve every dollar you get from your audios. God bless. Happy focus everyone!

i’ve been using this for a few months and just did the body scan for the first time. if any regulars see this & have yet to try the linked exercise - TRY IT, trust me. it might feel wrong to slow yourself down at first, especially if you’ve got a lot on your plate. But it really clarifies your mind and grounds your body - I run very anxious and haven’t felt this okay starting my work in a long time. I wish I had tried it sooner! it’s a short exercise, and it never hurts to try!

Decrease the volume on TH-cam to the minimum you can and Increase your PC volume

I've been using this specific video since you posted it about 3 years ago. I use it when I'm getting into deep-focus, and I tend to get into the flow state alot when I use this. I don't always make it the full 90 min.- I'll pause and take breaks, then when I come back to it, I'll start the video over to allow for the "easing" into the lower frequencies.
When I do make it through a full 90 min cycle, it's like the time just flew by and I can recognize the subtle frequency at the end that sort of takes me out of my trance. At that point, I'll either take my headphones off and it feels like I'm coming back to the real world, or I'll just have the video on loop and keep going.
For context, I'm a premed student prepping for the MCAT right now. I will probably use this throughout my career for getting deep work done. Occasionally, I also like other "beats" or "focus" music or even silence, but I'm definitely racking up some views for this video.

If you think this really could work and you really like it, it will work, but if not, i just recommend you to just search for a comfortable space with music or sound what you like, or just silent place, it will work even better for your study or working tasks. Most of internet rarities are just scams to get your money.
