    if it causes a clicking/cracking should i make the movements smaller and work up?

      Hi! As you start to get more mobile, your joints start to move more. Popping or cracking noises could just be a gas in the joints that pop when you move. So if that doesn’t hurt, then it’s totally normal. It’s just showing you that you are increasing the mobility in your joints. But if you feel pain when it pops and/or if you have to pop it in order to get a certain range of motion, then there might be a problem and you might need to consult a doctor. Hope this helps ❤

      @@stretchitapp that helped! i dont have long term pain or anything so i will keep working up to smooth stretching
