Let me put you guys on a real note, This workout has been such a life saver ever since I started working out. I actually use to be flexible back then but THIS, This literally helped my flexibility increase to the max. Not only could I achieve the splits, I also got longer and slimmer legs. I usually do this in the morning everyday and its worth it. You guys need to try this if you haven't!
Hello. I just wanted to say that this exercise is the best.❤ I've been doing it for over two weeks now. Before, i couldnt even do a split. after two weeks of doing this once a day i finally can do the split and my legs became much slimmer and i think i got taller since i stretched my legs . This exercise not only quick and convenient , but also very helpful. you dont overwhelm your body yet this help you get flexible legs in a short amount of time.
I spend most if not all of the time that I spend sitting with my legs crossed under me or up to my body. It just feels way nicer to have my legs folded. But I have absolutely awful hamstring and calf flexibility as a result - it is actually a challenge for me to sit up with my legs out in front of me. Hopefully this will help me get better at that!
I've been doing it for a month interp, guys, this is an admirable video,perfect for those who are lazy. Works great!!! If you also go on a diet you will have more results

Well coming from someone who weight lifts, I’ll say this, if you feel like your soreness is really going to affect your performance then I would take a rest day or an active rest day. If not, then you can still workout I guess? But it all depends on how sore you are and how it’s going to make you feel

Your workouts and movements are very good, but you speak too fast and sometimes unclearly. I think it's OK to slow down your speech just a little. You're awesome, and you have a lot to teach us.

Can you do video with neck stretching? I bet a ton of us would need it especially when we look down at our devices most of the day

if you do stretching, can clogged legs disappear? (the muscle that sticks out the most in the legs)nothing else helps
