The next part will be dropping at the same time tomorrow (do that 3 times as well) and then do the last one on Sunday for 3 rounds to complete the weekend AB circuit. After that, you can always do all three different ones in one day for a full AB Workout every 2 to 3 days :)

I did one of your other abs workout for 1-2 months, but somehow it wasn't as effective for me. Mainly because I've struggled with this quite a bit. At first, there were a few seconds of rest in some exercises, but now I succeeded in the 2nd run. It's a very good exercise, my favorite along with your other (lower abs) workout.

This is my 5th time doing this workout, i can finally do a sit up 😂 (i have really bad back problems and I just recently got enough core strength to even attempt an ab workout) thanks for the training vid!

day 1: workout burning day 2: starting to see lower abs day 3: workout burning day 4:lower abs coming day 5: when flex i can see lower abs and feel them thx so much...

Midas, do we do upper, lower and Obliques every other day? Or like upper 1 day then lower every other day then obliques every other day? like Monday Lower wednesday upper and friday obliques? or all 3 every other day ontop of the PPL work out? I wanted to do abs once a week for like an hour a day on my rest days idk if i wanna do 30 mins of abs ontop of a PPL day and ontop of an hour of cardio.... but 10 mins sounds reasonable since ill be doing all 3 + the all in 1 work out on rest days
that’s why it’s count with time so you don’t have to worry about a certain number of reps, just try to do the exercises with the best form you can and don’t worry about the reps 💪🏼
