first of all thank you for your highly informative videos I am a computer tech for over 20 years and have a question about r134a i have a high quality hosozaki ice machine I am troubleshooting for a family member and I belive it is low on refrigerant I have made several automotive ac refrigerant repairs, in the past, replacing a condensor on my daughters car and replacing the compressor on mine, both of these required evac and recharge, My question is for an icemaker can you use automotive 134a? it calls for r134a but i am under the impression automotive is slightly different and should not be used, Info is hard to come by and have heard a few "yes its ok" but mostly no's at least 6 and that the automotive is lower quality and contains more contaminants per specifications, and so its not designed for commerical use, can you please advise. Thank you in advance

I had a service call today, tried to call tech-support but it’s a Sunday my compressor was not starting after cleaning and making sure my float switches were working properly. I want to order starting components I’m I wrong?

Hello I have an issue with an ice o matic . And intermittently will stop producing ice ,when I reset there will be times I will fill up the bin and when I follow up it will be empty. Any suggestion where I should start to troubleshoot in a timely matter ? Lol
