Good presentation of TOTAL disassembly. All too often guys show the cleaning cycle but either skip or gloss over the sanitation portion of letting the correctly mixed sanitizer DRY. Good job!
Whats the low side pressure should b on the manifold gauge mines at 95psi and not making ice compressor runing fan working water pouring what could b isssue
Low side should start around 55 and pull down from there. You could have a harvest valve leaking by. Could be a TXV problem. You could be stuck in harvest.

I’m not technically tech support. Try calling IceOMatic tech support. Trying to diagnose machines through text and comments is close to impossible.
What is the most common issue water pump not starting?
Replace water pump brand new
Maybe it’s not getting power from the control board? Or maybe the water probes are not working properly and the machine thinks it’s full of water.
