    - Self-doubt is a mental conversation in which your mind questions your ability to find a desired solution to a perceived problem
    1. Share your self-doubt with the people you trust
    2. Self-doubt is a call to love yourself
    3. Love yourself regardless of your achievements
    4. Forgive yourself for your past failures

I think a lot about coulda woulda shoulda scenarios and feel bad about them, but everyone, including myself, is just doing their best with the info and experiences they have to pull from at any given time.

"surround yourself with people who build you up"
I think that was one of the best advices I'd ever received. Alternatively sadly, if you can't find those people, it's better to be alone than in the company of those who was to take a jab at you whenever possible because they have issues with themselves.

I had an interview at my dream job abroad, 30 minutes before the phone call started I began doubting myself: "What am I doing here interviewing for this job? I don't even have the skills to work there!" and with this mindset I went to the interview, already thinking very low of myself and it showed and affected my whole performance. I didn't get the job and regret it to date! Great talk, thank you! :)

One of the best Ted talks I’ve heard in a while. Most talks on anxiety or self doubt never tell you the cost of going after something and realising you’re not cut out for the job. Look at all those people you work for or with who are hopeless at their jobs but maybe got it because they were the only applicant … going for a role doesn’t always make you the best fit. So the line between being able to identify that you’re not a good fit for a position and having self doubt is really thin. I fear being perceived as incompetent more than simply failing! So I like that he mentions that having self confidence only clears you for take off…. You still gotta do the work to be ready to do it!

Thanks mario,. I recently just got turned down from a job offer which I worked hard for.
I have been questioning myself and my future so much I kept asking myself " can I make it in the future?".
I guess it's time to treat myself better and stop blaming myself that I didn't do better. In fact, I already did, and it's the best of what I could do at that time. We can grow, but everyone starts from somewhere including myself.
The fact that I gave myself the chance to be in the interview and apply for the job speaks volumes of my effort. That I should be proud of, better than not doing anything or giving myself a fighting chance. Better luck next time:)

Great conversation. I have suffered from self-doubt for years, but with high aspirations. I had to get out of cult and leave all my family. I had did it and it was the best decision ever made. I did travel around the world and studies college, lived in a few countries, but leaving my family was my big crutch. I also suffered from depression before that. Today, I miss my family, but I don’t have this huge depressions anymore. I have a great husband and son.

This talk resonated with me on many levels. Ambitions with shallow or false motivations. Keeping oneself "busy" with so many distractions. Admitting one's mistakes or missteps in the context of knowing that you did the best you could at that moment. Learning from one's past missteps. Lots of great content. Very inspiring to me. However, we're living in the world of spreading the self doubt, some people always makes this to us and this is why we have to avoid these toxics. Furthermore, we all must have self-esteem to lower our self doubt. Thanks for the speech.

This is a great talk! While I am fortunate enough to generally look at my negative internal dialogue as merely signals of how I need to account for possible roadblocks & succeed nonetheless, it took me much longer to develop this relationship to similar comments I get from others. There are particular people in my life that, while I love them, I used to get very frustrated & discouraged by their comments on my life path. Once I learned to simply thank them for pointing out the things I needed to account for in order to persist & succeed, it changed my relationship to them completely. Thanks for giving this talk, it’s inspiring for sure!

Your brain will tell you all sorts of false stories. One of the biggest being, ‘I could have done something different.’ The fact that you acted the way you acted is all the proof you need to know that you couldn’t have acted in any other way. Your mental, physical, and emotional state produced the only outcome possible. So it’s not your fault. And you couldn’t have done anything different. Because you’ve had the experience, you now possess new insights that allow you to make a new choice. Now, you’re responsible to choose what you’re going to do with the wisdom you’ve harvested from that experience. 🙌🏽

Self Doubt is essential to overcoming your hurdles in life. They'll help you gauge what you need to achieve them. Self Doubt in a sense is the vision, and Confidence is the plan. In today's world social media portrays certain standards and expectations, and it may seem like you're either falling behind, or maybe you're not even in the ball park. This is not the case. You might even compare yourself to your peers around you who you might think are successful, and that might be the case, but understand that it takes time and effort to get to where they are today. Everyone goes through the same issues in life, one way or another. Be confident in what you do and you'll experience progress you never thought was possible.
(A speech I had with a former employee. It's mostly word for word. Some words I've substituted with vernacular from the video. But I hope this helps anyone who thinks they're inadequate in life, or if they're stuck in a rut)

Self-doubt could make your life procrastinating and it could be affect all the decision in your life. Forgive of being self-doubt and let your mind to open a new chapter of your whole life, self-doubt would have nothing to do for your future.
