I have the last model all white stratus on my main trout rod still love it. Picked up the ceymar c-10 and c-20. Smoothest reel I've ever felt for under $50
The sound of that water topping the spillway is very relaxing. I fish a stream with a similar dam in upstate NY at hinkley reservoir. Have you had any luck with kastmaster or phoebe lures? Those are my all time favorites.
try a rapala brown trout color jerkbait floating, F-11, ive cought alot of big trout on this trust me you got to try it, the 4 inch one with three hooks on it

I just started using rooster tails since I’ve been watching you since last year and I got to say they are the absolute best for native brook trout here in Nova Scotia. Unfortunately I have to order them online from Amazon and they’re 19 bucks a piece. @Fishhawk do you ever use the single hook rooster tails?

yes, I have a bunch of single hooks in my box. This particular creek would be perfect for the single hooks because the trout are on the smaller size.

Try using some Panther Martin spinnerbaits sometime. I have found they work really great!
